Esparias hails from the cap where very few would dare to venture due to the very frigid and hostile environment where death is a close companion. Even midaras would not venture into this forbidden territory. Living within the icy plains are several tribes whom seem to thrive and grow within the cold climates. The harsh environment strengthening their body and resolution as well as their culture. Here strength, feats, and absolute will are what matters to the this tribe called the Kalamute. Each year, a new chief is chosen by trials, to see who has the constitution, determination, and wisdom to rule the Kalamute. Many can participate, but only one is chosen while those that fail are exiled. While exile does not always mean death, without the support of the tribes, living is an uphill battle for the exiled. Esparias is one of such exiled, while refuses to die within the harsh climate and decided to find her home elsewhere. Through land and sea, through absolute cold snap, to winter storm, she continue to endure, refusing to die while she finds her home, it was then that she finds warmer climate land. However, Esparias will face a severe culture shock that would shake what foundation of belief she has believed it.
Characteristic: While by no mean anti-social and adverse to meeting others, she seems to wish to keep to herself due to how different people in this region is and the strange culture of charms, causing must distrust from her. ((pending while I play more to determine what she will become))
Combat: Esparias fights with a few chosen weapon. A longsword, and a long spear. The latter to keep enemies at bay while the former is if enemies get past the spear's optimal range. Esparias is also more than willing to get into a fist-fight if she gets disarmed and is uncertain if she is less or more deadlier with her hands than with weapons.
Global SkillPassive: Kalamute. - Due to the harsh environment that she hails from, her mind and body and very well steeled against many physical threats. This also steels her to strive on in situations that many others would not come back from.
Effect: -1 damage to Esparias.
If Esparias takes willpower damage, then for the following turn, Esparias loses this passive for but gains +1 damage to the total damage of the attack.
Javelin- While Esparias prefers to fight up close, she recognizes situations that this would either not be possible or feasible so she constantly has a supply of javelins to to hurl.
Effect: Deals 3 damage. Counts as a range attack.
Hurl the ground- One does not survive by fighting fair or hornorably, nature is never fair so she will not fight fair. Esparias takes a bunch of whatever the ground compose of and hurls it in the enemy's face. However if she does this too many times, her enemy will wisen to her dirty trick.
Effect- Deal 1 damage and causes enemy to become disadvantage for 3 turns. If she uses thna 3 times or more, this is performed at disadvantage.
Long SpearPassive: Fend- While Esparius wields a spear, she can strike up against enemies that would approach her, making closing the gap a perilous endeavor.
Effect: If an enemy initiates a melee attack. Esparias preemptively makes a roll first, a success means deal 1 damage and causes the enemy's attack to become disadvantaged. Crits are not counted for this move. If the move fails and they get past the range of the spear and close to Esparias, then thursting moves are performed at -1 damage total (to a minimum of 1).
The Thorns that Seek- Esparias stab her spear a few times to stagger the enemy before making a final stab.
Effect: Perform 3 disadvantaged attacks that deal 1 damage each. If any of the attack succeed, then Esparias 1 attack that deal 2 damage.
Silencing the Elephant Seal- One good thrust of the spear can cause grievous harm. Even if the spear wounds, the enemy that fall to the ensuing bleeding of their life.
Effect: Perform 2 damage attack that causes enemy to loss 1 stamina per turn for 2 turns.
The Great Wheel- Spear thurst need a good amount of room to build momentum to stab at enemies. Spinning the spear does not have such issues which allows Esparias to smash enemies back that get too close. Of course this doesn't play into the spear's greatest strength but it is something.
Effect: Perform a 2 damage attack. Force enemies back into spear range regardless if this move lands or not.
Ice and Fire- A harsh blunt trauma with the spear butt or shaft will disorient the enemy long enough to get a good hit in.
Effect: Perform a 1 damage attack and a 2 damage attack. If the first attack is successful, then the second attack is performed at advantage.
Long SwordPassive: - Expertise - Esparias is very skill with the sword that should her strike miss, then is may be able to get in a quick strike before the opponent that raise their guard.
Effect: If the sword attack misses, then Esparias can perform a 1 damage attack after.
