Really surprised this hasn't been posted yet but I'm playing through the game now and just got Muzet and saw that she had an Arte called "Sweet Heart". Tried it out and she blows a kiss and the hearts float over to her allies and heals them.

It's known as tear hearts in the japanese version apparently. And did you see "Cruel Gravity"? She blows a kiss to that one character and it empowers him.
