Luna is the tracking and recovery specialist of IDOL and is one of the most adaptive member for any situation, whether it is combat, diplomatic, or political situations.  This applies to confrontation where she uses a wide variety of means, such as diplomacy, lunar charms, close range combat, and even guns for long range engagement.  However her main forte is actually coordination and management.  As such she is often as headquarters coordinating other IDOL members, including the higher ranked one, in missions.  Essentially she is the bridge bunny.  However, on more crucial mission, her reliability and level-headedness often have her deployed as often as she stays to coordinate especially able to keep her composure to the joke of more crude people talking about rabbit promiscuity and love of carrots.  


Appearance:

Though Luna stands at a height of 5'7"  Her actual height is 5'2" due to her 5 inches rabbit gray ears peeking from the top of her head.  Very Long Silver hair flows down
just past her waist with eyes of grayish blue, peering from under her hangs with lips a natural light pink.  Her body takes a rather svelte shape, somewhat lacking the curves of many females but makes up for it with a more ethereal natural beauty and grace.  

She is often wearing a dark blue suit jacket with a tie, matching slacks and boots, or a buttoned up uniform of the same color with silver decoration and shoulder pads, blue-gray knee length skirt and dark blue border-line black stocketings with low heels shoes.  Both outfit generally have a black garter belt holding 3 holster that contains a pair of energy pistol and a moon flute.  Overall both gives her a quiet beauty that is not overly sensual but a subtle charm while being rather distinguished and fairly formal.


Personality:

Luna is very polite and courtesy to others, even to others that may not extend the same to her.  She is also very considerate of others and is rather calm and composed, to the point that one wonders if it is possible to make her angry at all.  She always uses words before taking actions but when she does so, she tries to resolve things quickly, mostly charming attackers over shooting them.  Even when being sensual, she isn't overly lewd, leaning towards the more loving and tender methods.  

She enjoys listening and playing music also have a love of different types of art, whether it is traditional visual art or cooking (culinary art) and would love to discuss these with others.  


Combat Style

Luna's method of procedure in the face of combat relies heavily on the moon that floats above her, drawing its mercurial energy into her and performing some rather unique techniques.  Many of them are sensory while others are illusionary, utilizing most of her sensory based move and supplementing her physical based attacks.  Her physical method of combat relies on utilizing her twin pistol which projects the same moon energy as she uses while also using a voulge for close quarters combat.  


Special Property

Moon Phase
Luna has a moon that floats over her head which causes some moves to be available based on the phase.  The new or full moon in particular creates some special bonus if the correct move is used during that phase.  

New - Crescent - Half - Gibbous - Full

The match starts on half and proceeds to crescent reaching to new before moving towards full and back.

Veil of Fantasy and Reality
When an enemy's obtains a buff, debuff, or status effect..  She receive a Fantasy Counter.  Some moves have additional effects if Luna spends Fantasy Counters on target.  Note that Fantasy Counters are used regardless if the attack lands or not.


Passive

Keen
Due to extraordinary sharp eyes and ears and proficiency with illusions, she can distinguish deception of the senses from what is real.  Her senses is always able to detect position of hidden entities and subtle movement of potential hostile actions.  
Takes -1 damage from sound, sight, and illusion based attack and have advantage in resisting those types of status effects.  
Is never surprised.

Light
Luna doesn't have a lot of body mass and strong precise blows can easily knock her over.  Critical damage to her from physical attacks will cause to suffer attack disadvantage for 1 roll.


Charms (willpower)

Crescent to Gibbous

Illusory Desire
Deals 2 damages.  Causes charm.  
Spend 1 Fantasy Counter.  Enemy critical hits become critical fails for 3 turns..

Selene's Song
Deals 2 damages.  Enemy is at offense disadvantage for 2 turns.  Spend 2 Fantasy Counter to makes them unable to attack for 2 turns instead.

Tsukiyomi's Blessing
Luna and allies has attack advantage for 2 turn.   Spend 2 Fantasy Counter on each enemy to make them have disadvantage for 2 turn.

Veiled deceptionDeal 2 damage and has 50% chance to cause target to accidentally attack their allies.

New to Half

Sensory Flash
Deal 2 damages.  New Moon phase causes enemy to receive a critical hit on next hit.  Spend 3 Fantasy Counter to make them take double damage as well.

Nyx's Embrace
Deal 1 damage per status effect.  New Moon phase extends them for 1 turn.  Charm does its extra damage but does not fade.
Spend 2 Fantasy Counter to deal 1 base damage per hit.

Pasithea's Lullaby
Deals 2 damage and puts enemy to sleep (mental bind) and gain a Fantasy counter each turn.  Stamina attack or non-standard WP attack will wake them up.  New moon will have them take 1 damage as they sleep.
Each turn they are asleep, spend a Fantasy Counter to deal extra 2 damage.

Siren Melody
Attack number of times equal to how many Fantasy Counter Luna has that deal 1 damage each.  New moon will also add a Fantasy counter for each hit.

Half to Full

Glamourous Hospitality
Deals 2 damages and removes all buffs.  Luna receives an extra Fantasy Counter (regardless of success) + an extra Fantasy counter for each buff removed.  Full Moon phase enemy also loses 1 damage on their attack for 1 turn.

Abundance of Sensation
Deals 2 damage.  Roll 3 times (5 on Full Moon).  Luna get 1 Fantasy Counter each success roll.

Lucent Symphony (channeling)
Each turn, all enemies take 1 damage and gain 1 Fantasy Counter until Luna is hit.  Full Moon phase also starts enemy with offensive disadvantage regardless of roll.


Gun and Voulge

Taking Cover- Causes Luna to be at defensive advantage until attacked twice.  Last 3 rounds.  Cannot be used if an enemy is attacking her last turn.

Gun

Meteor Shower- Attack 8 times at disadvantage with 1 damage each.  A critical hit (1st roll) causes each attack to be rolled normally.  A critical fail will cause 2 damage to Luna as additional effect to stun.  Will cause status effect depending on how many shots have landed.  If used twice in a row, Luna cannot attack next turn due to overheating.

2- +1 damage taken for 1 turn.
4- +1 damage taken for 1 turn.  Defense disadvantage for 1 turn.
6- +1 damage taken for 1 turn.  Defense disadvantage for 1 turn.  Attack disadvantage for 1 turn.
8- +1 damage taken for 1 turn.  Defense disadvantage for 1 turn.  Attack disadvantage for 1 turn.  Stunned.

Shoot for the moon- Waits for 1 turn before dealing 8 damage to target (roll of second turn).  If Luna is not attacked, she will attack with advantage.  Otherwise she will attack with disadvantage.  

Comet-fire- Deal 4 damage to target that has attacked one of her allies and cause then to deal -1 damage for 3 turns.  Cannot be used if an enemy is attacking her last turn.

Lining up the shot- Deal 1 damage, then 2 damage.  If first attack misses, then second attack is rolled with advantaged.  If both shots missed, enemy is inflicted with "Locked on" for 1 turn (causes Luna's next miss roll with a gun to be a hit).

Double Pistol Whip- Attack twice for 1 damage.  If hit once, enemy attacks at disadvantage for 1 turn.  If hit twice, enemy is stunned.  Must target enemy that last attacked Luna last turn.

Voulge

Pinwheel strike- Deal 3 damage.  Any projectile attack aimed at Luna has a 25% chance to get deflected.

Fend- Deals 3 damage.  Always attack before her target and has a 25% chance to cause enemy to lose their attack if it is melee.

Creseant Festival- Attack 3 times for 1 damage.  Must target enemy that last attacked Luna twice in a row.  Will cause status effect depending on how many strikes have landed.
1- Enemy at attack disadvantage for 1 turn.
2- Enemy cannot attack next turn for 1 turn.
3- Enemy is stunned for 1 turn.

Combination Attack

Hexennacht (Salem must be active)
Deal 3 stamina and willpower damages to each enemy.  Enemy is at defensive disadvantage, offensive disadvantage, and take 1 extra damage for 2 turns..
Requires Salem to have 2 mana.  1 Fantasy Counter is required and is deducted from regardless if the attack hits.

Dream Haven (Salem must be active)
Deal 4 damage to a single target and puts them to sleep and gain a Fantasy counter each turn.  Stamina attack will wake them up.   Each turn they are asleep, they lose -1 damage per turn for 2 turns (counting down when they are awake.)
Requires Salem to have 2 mana.  2 Fantasy Counter is required and is deducted from regardless if the attack hits.
