The effect is fainting. Haven't seen much kissing stuff from this guy in awhile so it's kind of a breath of fresh air to see him doing kissing stuff again.

Excellent animation. Jakurai's kissing stuff is always a treat, and I've seen that OrangeChocobo art before. Good stuff all around.
