In this game you've been shrunk and doing your best to avoid the giantesses on your way to freedom(?). If you're capture by the schoolgirl she can choose to either 1) stomp on you (a little minigame where you avoid her feet begins) 2) stomp and spit on you (no minigame and you use stamina to reduce damage from the torture) 3) pick you up and toy with you (no minigame and you use stamina to reduce the damage from her sexual torture)
#3 does stamina damage instead of HP damage and while you can still reduce the damage dealt by expending stamina if you fall to 0 you ejaculate. She'll either mess with you using her finger, blow on you, or kiss you. Pics below.
I don't know if that's the actual name of the game though, it's Japanese.

The whole intentionally trying to kill you on top of the lethal nature of every single loss really kills this one for me, on the sexual side.
However, I do actually really think that the game mechanics are quite good in the game and hope that the author continues what they've done so far. Specifically I really like the idea of planning your route and then executing on it, avoiding enemies and traps thanks to what you saw ahead of time. I do think that there should be some changes to the vision planning, such that the enemy placement is very clear and there are visual indicators as to what part of the stage you're in at all times. More obstacles that aren't just stat checks but have costs associated with them would also be good.
The only really lacking part of the gameplay right now is most of the attack animations. You really should have more control over them, like the stomp dodging minigame. Have things like dodging kisses by moving your head around, or dodging a series of smacks/hits with a limited number of blocks. Something to make getting caught more interesting than just waiting to see if you survive or not, while still making it something you should always avoid if possible.
