In the same video, at 46:34, it shows what I'm assuming to be an ending where she is apparently being wed to another woman who I'm also assuming is a playable character (She does appear in the mission before the end, at 39:25). This woman backs away, and is promptly tied up and ALMOST kissed.

This video also showcases her blown kiss attack a bit better than the combo video at 5:20. There may be more uses throughout the video but it does have commentary.

There seems to be multiple endings so maybe I'll look around.

lol to answer my question it was both... note she's only playable in the Sumeragi version.
