Software help?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew of any decent software that would allow me to customise 3d female(and possibly male) characters and export them into a game engine without having to do all the modelling myself, so kinda like a 3d custom girl with an output capability

I have been playing around with Unity and I can say that it is amazing!!! It is a gaming engine but you can create animations on it as well. Give it a try!

Unities great. But I'm looking more for something that allows me to quickly create character models themselves rather than animate them as I can do that in 3dsmax fairly proficiently. Ty anyway though cos unity is hella good software

I've never tried it, but is there a way to export 3d custom girl to mmd, then export from mmd out? I thought that was a thing, but I might have made that up...
