WIP: Class Based RP system

Hey people, over at the sister site Charmed, I was working on a new RP system...

...but it's kinda awkward that on the day when I decide to have a crosspost, we have a new one now so I don't really want to split the RP base.

So far I only really done the basic rules and some of the classes - enemy rules/beastairy with actual numbers are notably lacking. If anyone is interested then maybe I'll continue work on it.

Looks cool, I like the variety of Perks and the different ways in which you can level up. Also, given the speed at which RPs move I'd think it's virtually impossible to split the base anyway.
