Soooo I need tech advice. I have a functional OS HDD and the HDD with the failed HDD test. Is there a way for my to image/clone my stuff from the old HDD to the new one?

When you say it has a failed HDD test, what exactly is the failure? Bad sector? Is it a hardware failure? If it is, you should be able to clone it. If not, you should be able to repair it.

The hard drive failed a short DST test and constantly stalls with 100% active time with 0 KB/S for a 0.5 to 2.0 minutes and sometimes crashes. Think it is one of the moving parts.

And yeah, that sounds like it is most likely a hardware issue. You may be able to potentially repair it with a disk repair, but it could also potentially do more damage than good. The main problem is that if there is an issue reading and writing to it, cloning it isn't going to be easy without specialist hardware/software. My advice? Take it to a PC store. They usually have the equipment to clone it, or at least know of contacts who can.
