Bio:

A wannabe villain.

It's hard to take almost anyone seriously when they don a shiny, purple helmet with haphazardly attached horns and the letter X written in bold across the thing in reeking marker pen - but it’s infinitesimally harder to be scared of them, the intended effect of the poorly thought-out costume, initially created as part of the “Salvation Rangers Fan Group”, now being repurposed as a particularly unimpressive alter-ego.

He makes a severe effort, and you can only commend him for that much.

New Status Effect(s):
Joyed: For every stack of Joy, 1 extra damage is gained to all attacks, and 1 damage reduction from all attacks received, but only while “Joyed”.

Withdrawal: For every stack of Joy, 1 damage is subtracted from all attacks on the opponent, and 1 damage extra from all attacks received, but only while not “Joyed”.

Abilities:

Joy:
A drug brought from Olathe that makes you feel nothing. Useful in a pinch.
Restores 2 HP, adds a stack of Joy and makes the user Joyed for the next 3 turns. Can be used 4 times per fight.
This move does not fail.

Joyless:
X violently coughs for a few seconds, removing one stack of Joy, and entering into Withdrawal. This cannot fail, but if the roll is odd, X takes 1 damage. This can only be used when Joyed.

X-Chop:
A chop to the back of the neck. The 'X' is just there for branding reasons.
Does 2 damage, and has a chance to stun.

Flurry punches:
Three straight punches, 3 rolls, with each success dealing 2 damage.

Downward Plummet:
A poor manoeuvre mainly relying on gravity to 'drop' a punch. Deals 5 damage, as well as one to X himself.

Decisive Spin:
A quick spin shows that the otherwise decorative horns are good for more than getting stuck in doorways, smacking the opponent in the head, mainly on accident. This takes priority, and if successful, deals 3 damage and cancels the opponents attack.

Fireball:
A flaming burst of emotion.
Hits for 2 damage and has a chance to set the opponent alight, dealing 1 damage per turn until they roll to put out the flames. This is Unaffected by Joyed.

Sweeping kick:
A quick sweep at the opponent's feet, dealing 4 damage.

Graveyard Plummet:
This will never not be a poor manoeuvre.
A long wind up drop, which takes a turn to prepare. Does 8 damage, and can be interrupted.

Foul play:
Throw dirt at the opponent's face, because you're a low down snake.
If this hits, The opponent will be blinded and the following 2 attacks they use will require 2 rolls to be successful.

X-Butt:
A move of questionable naming, And unquestionable efficiency.
Roll 6 dice, each success adds 1 damage to the attack. These hits are not separate, and the damage culminates into one painful headbutt.
 
PASSIVE: Dumb-en X
This insult hits him hard. Originally coined by his Arch-Enemies, the 'Salvation Rangers'. He's still upset about it.

Once per battle, if the opponent uses this insult at all (Or any similar play on words), X will skip his turn. Instead he will go into stunned, frustrated mumbling.

I've literally never played it before, but I'm pretty damn sure this guy's from Lisa.

Ah, I figured it'd probably be The Painful.
The only reason I know about that game franchise and it's amazing fan games is because of NitroRad.

Same, actually. Not tried any of the fan games but I hear they're great.
