That would be "Submissive hero quest part 1", it's on Dlsite but isn't translated (can be machine-translated with translator++ but it's a pain). Pretty nice "Girls try to seduce/make you cum until you give up" BF-RPG, but be warned there is one or two CBT scenes and one futa(? could be a strap on) enemy.

There aren't a lot honestly, the one you see in this scene in specific is the most interesting one. There's also another early enemy who attacks by blowing kisses (but they strip after taking 50% damage and stop), and an event in the second(i think) town where you can end up getting a thighjob/kiss combo from a cow-girl. But that's all the kissing in this game.

It's also honestly pretty short, and i don't think it's worth it if you don't understand japanese or know how to machine-translate your game.
