Tobias manages to throw several kicks at the woman, their sheer force making her fly away and fall on her back, when Tobias goes to check on her "body" the mask had dissapeared and there is no body inside the cloths, which are now just a pile of dirty and burned fabric.

Funnily enough, Tobias feels that, by defeating the Strange woman, something went back "into" him, something he had been missing and he didn't realise that it had been taken away from him, but now he feels.... complete. 

Welp, what is done is done, cloth woman dissapeared without a trace and there ain't much Tobias can truly do about it, so life moves on as it always will.
