The witches from Puella Magi Madoka Magica get more powers from pretty much brainwashing people into committing suicide via their "witch kiss".

Wonder what episode though.

They've yet to show the act of "kissing" only the resulting kiss mark in any episode, but the "witches" in Madoka aren't... well, let's just say they don't look human. And their real identity is a big spoiler so... I'll leave it at that.
