Final level in this game again, where the Kanker Sisters return. It's based on the episode where the Eds had been led into a trap in an amusement park to marry the Kankers.
This time, only Lee blows kisses, which will flatten you provided you have enough health to take the hit. Realistically it's not much of a threat, the only challenge is falling in this area, you have to be trying to die for the kisses to do any significant harm.
