Seraphita - Xenogears - (Not a kiss exactly, but she jumps onto the player before jumping back and draining EP)

Lilith - Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia - Every vid I see of this enemy, Shanoa obliterates Lilith before she can act;

Astarte - Castlevania HD DLC - "Temptation" only for men

For Order of Ecclesia, the quote is "Let's play, cute little kitty." She blows kisses that inflict curse. Sadly, thanks to the werebat in earlier levels, there isn't a more powerful succubus equivalent later.
