i dont have much time so ill just put forward a short smash bros style entry now
Princess Peach
B move, Kiss Shot - Blows a kiss forwards if it connects with an opponent they'll get hearts over their heads start walking towards her while unable to attack
Side B - Peach Bomber - Same as brawl, hip attack with heart animation
Up B - Heart Parasol - Floats on her parasol while dropping up to 3 stunning hearts
Down B - Sweet Kiss - Kisses her opponent, doing damage and healing her slightly
Final Smash - Sweet Kiss Return - Blows a kiss in the form of a bundle of hearts, they envelop an opponent and pulls them to her, she then passionately kisses them, dealing a lot of damage and draining their health

I'll have to expand on this moveset later. Possibly change it a little, but definitely write a full SSBB moveset.

A Moves
-Standing A: Love Slap - Slaps the enemy twice, like in SSBB, but with hearts. Useful for damage.
-F-Tilt: Princess Peck - Leans forwards and kisses lightly, making a heart appear in front of her lips. Knocks the foe away and gives her a LITTLE more HP if it hits. Looks like the ending to Super Mario 64 but faster.
-U-Tilt: Heart Shocker - Closes an eye and raises an arm, making a heart that strikes above her, like in SSBB.
-D-Tilt: Blow Kiss - While kneeling, kisses her hand, holds it flat, and blows it forwards in the form of a heart to deal damage.
-F-Smash: Heart Swing - Pulls out a baseball bat, traces a heart in the air with it, then winks and swings the bat to launch the foe. If you don't charge the attack all the way she interrupts the tracing animation. Looks like her special swing from Super Mario Sluggers.
-U-Smash: Blow Kiss High - Blows a kiss to make a heart float up and into the air. Damages foes if it hits and knocks them away. Looks like the kiss Peach blows in her trophy ceremony in Mario Power Tennis.
-D-Smash: Double Blow Kiss - Slides forwards on her knees (will stop at ledges) and blows a kiss forwards and upwards. It makes a flash of a heart in front of her. If you hit A again she'll blow a second kiss. Looks like a celebration from Mario Strikers Charged.
-Dash Attack: Lunge Hug - Lunges forwards and tries to hug the enemy, knocking them to the ground.
B Moves
-Neutral B: Heart Ball - Peach blows a kiss to make a heart. If you hold the button, then she'll spin around and more hearts will appear. The hearts will go forwards when you release the B button. The move does very little damage but will infatuate enemies so they'll move towards her, unable to attack for a few seconds or until they fall off a ledge. The longer you charge, the further the hearts will go before they disappear. Looks like her special pitch from Mario Super Sluggers.
-Side B: Peach Bomber - Same as brawl, hip attack with heart animation.
-Up B: Heart Parasol - Pulls out her parasol and spins, making an outline of a heart appear in front of her, then drops 3 hearts that stun foes and deal a little damage. Looks a little like her Mario Sports Mix super?
-Down B: Sweet Entry - Walks forwards and blows kisses in either direction, shooting out hearts. Looks like an entry animation from Mario Super Sluggers that I'll show you guys if I can figure out how.
Final Sm
ooch: Sweet Kiss Return - Blows a kiss in the form of a bundle of hearts, they envelop an opponent and pulls them to her, slowly taking the shape of a larger heart. She then passionately kisses them, dealing a lot of damage and draining their health, then sends them off with a tennis racket strike. Looks like her Defensive Shot from Mario Power Tennis.
Throws
-Pummel: Hugs! - Hugs their opponent close.
-FThrow: Birdie - Spins around cutely, then blows a kiss that throws the foe back. Looks like her Birdie animation from Mario Golf 64.
-BThrow: Booty Bump - Works like her usual SSBB BThrow, but with hearts that appear like with Peach Bomber.
-UThrow: Group Hug - Blows a kiss high, knocking her opponent into the air. Looks like her Group Hug move from Super Mario RPG.
-DThrow: Sweet Kiss - Sweetly moves in next to her opponent, leans in, and gives them a cute little kiss on the cheek. Restores her HP a little and damages the foe so they slowly faint to the ground from love. Looks like her kiss to Mario in his trophy ceremony in Mario Power Tennis.
Taunts
-UTaunt: Giggles, looks over her shoulder, and blows a kiss towards the screen.
-FTaunt: Dances and says "La lala lala!" like in SSBB.
-DTaunt: Spins, winks, and says "Uh huh!" like in SSBB.
Victory Poses
-Dances in place while saying "Yippee," spins, then blows a kiss. If I can I'll show a video I've got this from later.
-Blows kisses to her left and right happily and cheers, like in Mario Kart Double Dash.
-Catches a trophy that falls from the ceiling, looks at it, and kisses it. Then she turns to the screen and winks while flashing the peace sign. Looks like her second kiss from her own trophy ceremony in Mario Power Tennis.

Also, might I make a suggestion? Let's call it "Super Smooch Sisters" as a gag.
