last month, i saw a video of a girl forced kissing a girl with a jewel in her lips (live action)
then the kissed girl become hypnotized and start kissing each other with the jewel in their lips
i don't know if it's a movie or not..... sry

now, i forgot where i've seen it ><

Not quite sure if this is it, but Theantjack posted a video similar to your description called "Female Possession" in Blacklips' Magical Kanan-2 under Anime/Cartoons
