The entry itself? or are you interested in the show or game itself? it's a pretty good watch. each episode/night is usually only around 2 or 3 minutes long. so watching 2 seasons is kinda like watching a movie.
Each of the characters are very memorable for one reason or another. i can list a few.
Neko Zombie - he's the only true ally/friend the protagonist has in the hotel aside from the grim reaper(Yeah you know you're screwed when Death is the friendliest character you'll meet.also he's apparently swedish.). and the poor cat's had a very harsh past... but he gets his revenge. and it's rather epic.
Hell's Chef - He's a chef(go figure) with a giant candle on his head who represents the fear of criticism. if you don't like what he serves you, he tries to slice you in half with his cleaver. he also hates ciggarettes because of how their smoke numbs taste buds. so he also tries to kill anyone caught smoking. and he has a rather amusing line after said event while Gregory is leading him back to the upset chef's room. "I HATE puff puff..."
Judgement Boy - This dude is loved by fans of the show and the developers alike seeing as he appeared 4 times in the first season alone. he's a slightly anthropomorphic scale who represents the fear of split-second decisions. he'll give you a scenario with a certain question like "You're a business man and you're about to go and sign a contract that will change your life. but your wife who you love has just been hit by a car and sent to the hospital, if you go to the hospital to see her, you'll lose that contract. what will you do?" you give him the obvious answer, but he decides to consult the scales of truth instead. if there's one bit of doubt in your mind, you'll lose the "game" he's playing with you which you'll know when he drops the glass heart instead of the golden dollar sign.
