Just a thread I'll use for all my hero character templates that don't warrant a full profile. You can of course mix templates for your own character or use them to augment an existing one, but no more than two at the same time for balance.
*Soccer Star*
Description: Whether you played this game a lot as a village kid before setting out on your journey or you were actually an up-and-coming player before being transported to the world of midara, you know how to translate this experience to the battlefield. You have a +1 bonus on your escape rolls due to all that running, and your keen eyesight makes a Critical Success do +0.5 extra damage. You also gain access to the following abilities:
Penalty (passive)-Your fancy footwork can elude the enemy, making him or her vulnerable to your attacks. If an enemy misses three times in a row, you can make a free basic Stamina/Willpower attack on your next turn. Rows are counted per individual enemy.
Schwalbe (passive)-You specialize in faking injuries in order to get the referee on your side, and this acting skill works just as well in battle. Once per battle, if your Willpower or Stamina is reduced to 1 or lower, you can fake passing out or being overwhelmed, and you can make your next attack with advantage (roll two times, best roll counts).
*Young Age/Age Regression*
Description: Whether you're an unusually young adventurer or have been hit by nefarious magic, a young mind and body has its pros and (shota)cons. Your weaker strength and relative innocence reduces the damage from Stamina/Willpower attacks you do by 0.5, but an uncorrupted mind also reduces the effectiveness of Willpower attacks again you by 0.5. Furthermore, Debuffs that rely on a midara's seductiveness only take hold on a Critical Success.
A Good Cry(action)-Only works once per battle, and only when you have less than half of your Stamina or Willpower left. You play up your emotions and burst into tears. All enemies have to roll, and upon a failure they lose 1 Willpower and are unable to use Stamina attacks on you during their next turn.
One-Track Mind(passive)-You're not used to the blows of combat, and have little attention for any sensuality if you're in the middle of it. Once per turn, if you're hit by a Willpower attack while enduring a Stamina attack on the same turn, make a roll. Upon a success, all damage from the Willpower attack is negated (other effects may apply at DM discretion).
