New game under development on patreon.
Not much content yet, basically you just get to be defeated by the one enemy, but - the main attack is POV kissing!
And with neat visuals. Effects are arousal and draining willpower.

Project is promising, because
A: Kissing
B: Creator seems very enthusiastic and updates just about daily

Not enough for me to support yet, already pretty tapped out, but if the creator keeps up the good work it looks like it might soon be worth it.
