Reaper vs. Gage

Now both of the combatants had gone cold. Gage couldn’t land a hit on her nor could she do the same to him. All the same, someone had to reclaim the momentum and establish the pace. The wrestler figured it oughta be him in order to get out of this exchange intact.

“Don’t tell me you’re going cold? I was going around with one eye— what’s your excuse?”

Gage came to the downed woman and attempted to lift her up by her wrist. His intent was to use the close range to tug her upwards into a vicious clothesline and send her right back down. It would have to be all about timing because one slip could put him in a bad position. He tried his hardest to ignore the sensation of pins and needles shooting through him as she chewed away at his life force.

The wrestler tried to pick her up, but she slipped out of his grip and got up on her own. Before he could react, she wrapped her arms around him in a hug.

"I was distracted by the goods." The cloaked midara admitted, her voice once again filling the air with a sense of wrongness. She then proceeded to press her soft black lips against his strong muscled chest.

As the wrestler realized the woman before him slipped out of his grip, it was too late and he was caught in her grip once more. Her voice put him all out of sorts and Gage soon found himself being kissed once again.

Only this time, there was no retort, no resistance. He could only grimace as the woman pressed her lips against him. As much as he wanted to break away or go on the offensive, he could only stay locked in place as she had her way.

[Turn Pass]

The Reaper found herself somewhat disappointed. All that boasting and he folded as soon as she got her hands on him. Still, she was never one to pass up an easy meal.

Her soft black lips gently skimmed across her prey's amazing pecs, kissing them over and over again as she pulled out more and more of his life force.

Now... Now! Now!

Everything inside of his mind was screaming to retaliate. To turn his situation around and find the window of opportunity in what was starting to look like utter defeat. To defy everything presumed about him.

In the woman’s grasp, the rule of being in close proximity and vulnerable went both ways. Gage reared his arms back to swing them around the torso of his opponent and lock her in another bear hug and continue crushing her into submission. He hoped—

The wrestler struggled to raise his arms; he had lost more of his strength than he had realized from the woman's kisses.

The Reaper pulled away from her weakly struggling prey. She would have flashed a taunting smile at him, if her face wasn't obscured by her hood. So instead, she settled for swallowing her meal.

The man could feel his soul slither down her throat, which in turn caused his body to feel a strange sensation that completely overwhelmed him. For a moment his entire body went limp, only standing with the support of his cloaked tormentor.

Gage: 7 Willpower + Stunned
Reaper: 28 Stamina

Now, it began to look grim for the grappler. He thought he was going to crush the woman in his grasp but he could only raise his arms to half-mast rather than around the Midara. Then, he was overtaken by a strange sensation.

An odd warmth followed by a tingling pins and needles feeling overtook him as he stood in his assailants arms. Even if he wanted to, his body refused to move and refused to obey his requests to make an attempt at a counter. He could only brace for whatever was next.

The Reaper chuckled as she held her prey in her arms. But as fun as this had been, it was time to end this.

She raised a hand and gently grabbed his face. She guided it to her's press her black lips against his. The wrestler's body paled as a large portion of his soul was drained by the passionate kiss. When she pulled away, his mouth was stained as black as hers. He prey swayed on his feet, struggling to stay standing.

Reaper: 28 Stamina

What happened? He was riding high and hoping he could have held his own, but now Gage was practically unconscious. The internal flame was slowly waning, barely staying alight in the midst of the dampening advances of the Midara— this seemingly indomitable woman. There were only embers remaining and now, Gage wanted to make sure that he made them scorch on the way out if he did nothing else.

While still in the embrace of the woman before him, he felt his left arm twitch with the urge to slam it directly into her head and reclaim some dignity. Rearing his arm back, it was now or never.

To the woman's surprise, the wrestler was able to muster the strength to raise his arm. Caught off guard, she was unable to avoid the limb. It slammed into her head and knocked her off her feet.

The Reaper got her bearing before she reached the ground, however. On impact, she turned her landing into a roll and sprung to her feet a ways away from her prey.

Finally, Gage remembered what it was like to be building some momentum. As the woman hit the ground, the wrestler struggled to stay standing on his own feet. However, he didn’t have long to gain his balance back as the woman was right back before him once more.

“Relentless, I’ll give it to ya’... But so am I!”

Shooting forward, the grappler aimed to shoot to the back of the Midara and cinch her back up in another crushing hold to try and dictate the pace again. This was all he could hope to do to survive this encounter...

The wrestler tried to rush his opponent, but slipped on the wet road. He ended up crashing to the ground at her feet.

The Reaper tilted her head as she looked down on her exhausted opponent as she wondered how she should finish him off. Should she even finish him off? She already managed to get a decent snack from him, and the talk they had before hand was... nice.

Reaper: 26 Stamina

What began as a lunge to wrap up his opponent, suddenly ended up with Gage having his back parallel to the wet asphalt. Bouncing off the road, the wrestler groaned and tried to prop himself up in the beginning efforts of rising back up. But, not without getting back to talking shit.

“What’s the matter? Did I exceed expectations a little too well?” Gage seethed through clenched teeth as he winced while trying to recover.

What would making another attack attempt even do for him? What had he to gain besides pride? Was that all he wanted? Only time would tell.

The wrestler tried to pick himself up, but his strength failed him. He flopped uselessly back onto the road.

The Reaper nodded to herself as she finally decided on a course of action. Once more, she shed her cloak and the sight of her slender, pale, naked body left him immobilized. The soul eater then draped her discarded shroud over the paralyzed man; giving him some protection from the rain.

She knelt down a gave her prey an affectionate kiss on the cheek; this time holding herself back from sucking out more of his essence. She stood up and walked away, rain pelting her bare skin. She looked over her shoulder a blew one final kiss to the man.
