Vigilante Justice (Tix)

Name: Prism

Description: Prism is a costumed champion for midara. She has devoted herself to protecting midara from those who have taken to “oppressing” them, including journeying adventurers.

Appearance: A blonde bombshell with plump, soft lips, Prism is dressed in a spandex one-piece suit with a short cape, a "boob window," and tall, knee-high leather boots. The color of her outfit magically shifts to match the color lipstick she is wearing, with the spandex suit appearing in a lighter shade than her cape and boots. A slim utility belt upon her shapely hips, however, remains golden – though “utility” may be a stretch. There are only four small capsules upon the belt, each serving as a slot for her varying shades of lipstick. Three capsules are visible at her front while the other is just below the small of her back mostly hidden away by her cape.

Abilities

Lips Victorious (Passive): “I’ll use your lust against you.” Upon every successful sensuality attack, Prism leaves a lipstick mark on her opponent’s face. The effects of which are described below. Effects can stack. Only three prints can be left on an opponent at once: Left cheek, right cheek and mouth.

Super Kissing: Sensuality attack. “Try this on for size!” Prism brings a hand to her lips and gives it a loud smooch. She then blows a kiss at any number of opponents designated. Subtract one from Prism’s Aim roll for each opponent targeted this way.

Mix and Match: Sensuality attack, targets all. “You should give up now while you have the chance,” or, “Looks like you could use a new shade.” Prism spends an action applying a new color of lipstick to her lips. The sensual display has a chance to deal one additional WP damage for each lipstick mark. Prism can choose to replace the current shade outright or she can try to mix the colors for greater possibilities. If the latter is chosen, roll a die. On the result of 4-6, the colors are successfully mixed. Otherwise, the second color replaces the base. Prism gains the abilities denoted by the two shades.

When attacking an opponent, Prism can mix the colors of her lips and an existing lipstick mark on her foe in a similar manner. Upon a successful attack, roll a die. On a 4-6, the colors are mixed. Otherwise, the second color replaces the base.

Colors (primary)
Passion (Red): Through this lipstick, Prism gains Super Strength (Power/Toughness increased). Drawing him close, Prism pastes her opponent’s lips with the ruby red print of her own. “Feeling the love, yet?” she breathes before drifting away. Coated by this lipstick, an opponent is strengthened by lust (Power/Sensuality increased, Focus decreased).
Lust (Yellow): Through this lipstick, Prism’s instincts are heightened (Reflex/Focus increased). She presses her soft lips to an opponent’s cheek, leaving a golden, glistening mark. “You want me? I can see you dreaming about me,” Prism remarks, noticing her foe’s dazed look. An opponent coated by this lipstick becomes numb with desire, lowering his accuracy (Aim decreased; one Willpower damage upon a miss).
Mystify (Blue): Through this lipstick, Prism gains the power of Flight. With a kiss, Prism coats her opponent in a perplexing shade. “Feeling woozy? That should keep you out of my hair,” Prism grins, breaking the kiss. Rapt with confusion, an opponent may not be able to act during his/her turn (50-percent chance).

Colors (tertiary)
Foreplay (Orange [Red+Yellow]): Printed by a fiery orange shade, an opponent’s attacks do not seem to be affected despite what the mix of shades would imply. A hidden pleasure, however, builds in his subconscious and is released when Prism draws him for a deep, deep kiss. “Drown in your lust,” she orders, breathless from the embrace. Upon a successful attack, Prism adds one WP damage for every attack the target has made targeting her since she last successfully attacked that target.
Toxic (Green [Blue+Yellow]): Prism coats her opponent in a poisoned lipstick that eats at her target’s senses and strength. “Won’t be long now until you’re done for,” she grins. At the end of the turn, the afflicted foe suffers one Stamina damage and one Willpower damage.
Dreamy (Purple [Red+Blue]): Prism smiles after leaving a deep purple shade plastered to her opponent’s lips. “Sweet dreams,” she chimes, focusing on the next target. A successful attack deals an additional two WP damage. In addition, the affected foe is afflicted with Sleep (12) for three rounds.

Perfection (White [Red+Yellow+Blue]): “Absolutely perfect,” Prism grins. “You’re finished now.” Prism gains the abilities denoted by the Red, Yellow and Blue colors. In addition, Prism recovers one HP for every two WP damage that she deals with an attack. Finally, Prism can choose any one of the primary or tertiary color effects when applying this lipstick mark onto an opponent.

Finisher: Justice Hypnosis
Conditions: An opponent’s Willpower must be less than 1/3. Must bear at least two lipstick marks.
Prism reaches between her cleavage and draws a hidden tube of lipstick – Allure. She applies it to her lips, a sparkling pink shade, and seductively approaches the weakened victim. “Can’t you see that you’re in the wrong?” she starts, embracing her opponent around the shoulders. “Can’t you see that your actions are harmful?”

Her target mindlessly watches the movements of Prism’s glistening, plump lips, entranced by the shining pink shade. Prism puckers, drawing just centimeters from her foe’s face. “Join me,” she breathes, pressing a kiss against his lips. His eyes slam shut as she moans, her tongue exploring his mouth. Prism then pulls back. “Together,” she pauses, pressing her lips softly against the target’s forehead for a mind-altering smooch. “We can take down these oppressors.”

A moment passes before the target’s eyes open with a soft pink glow. Devoted to Prism, the target is treated friendly to her for the remainder of the encounter. Prism then applies a primary color of lipstick to her lips once the action is complete.

When the battle is finished or before she finishes her final opponent (see below), Prism wraps the target into a loving embrace. “Thank you. Justice has been done. Now…cum and sleep for me, lover.” She then draws the target into a debilitating kiss, causing an immediate climax followed by a sharp, pleasurable descent into unconsciousness.

The target suffers the following: Weakness – Midara Empathy: Reduce physical damage dealt by one when attacking a midara that has already been targeted this round.

Finisher: Taste the Rainbow
Conditions: Only one opponent remaining. The opponent’s Willpower must be less than 1/3. Must bear at least two lipstick marks.
Prism smirks at her defeated opponent with lust. “I’m impressed,” she said, reaching behind her back. She reveals a hidden lipstick, one not used at all during the battle. Prism applies it to her lips, a dark black shade – Widow. “You are the last one standing. But…let’s see if you’re still standing after this.”

Moving quickly, Prism grabs her dazed target and rips their clothes off with super strength. She smirks at his naked form. “Not so tough without your armor, eh?” she teases. Prism then drifts forward and plants a soft, quick kiss onto her opponent’s lips, leaving a black lipstick mark. The dazed target feels his body stiffen. He is paralyzed.

With a content nod, Prism backpedals a few steps. She takes her time in applying Passion to her lips. “I warned you,” she starts, mesmerizing her stunned target with the slow strokes of her lipstick. Prism blows him a kiss, plastering it against their head. She then takes a small step forward, replacing Passion with Lust. “You should’ve quit when I gave you the chance.”

Prism blows another kiss, and a lipstick print plasters against the target’s left cheek. Paralyzed, he is unaffected by her lipsticks’ nefarious shades. All he feels is escalating arousal in his mind and genitals.

She goes through the color wheel, approaching slowly with more small steps. Mystify, right cheek. “You should have left us midara alone.” Foreplay, left nipple. “We’re only out to have a little fun.” Toxic, right nipple. “But you persisted, and now…” Dreamy, navel. “…I’ll have to teach you a lesson.”

By now, Prism’s just a foot away from her target. She takes Allure from her cleavage and swirls it about her plump lips, smacking them with satisfaction once she’s done. Prism blows a kiss at her target’s genitals, sending overwhelming waves of pleasure through his body. His eyes roll back as his mind betrays him; he feels like he’s enduring what he believes to be the peak of an orgasm, though he hasn’t physically released yet.

Prism then applies her accessories to make Perfection before closing the distance. She leans close, giggling seeing how her paramour’s eyes have rolled into the back of his head. “Gotcha,” she whispers, drawing him in for a kiss against the lips. Prism lingers with a moan before breaking her embrace with a loud smooch, and the paralysis breaks – the effects of her lipstick marks all occur at the same time. Finally climaxing, the sensations are too much for her opponent, and he passes out in a heap.

Special States


• Berserk: Gains +3 damage dealt, the downside, makes those affected by berserk status easier to hit (Disadvantage becomes normal. Normal becomes advantage. Advantage becomes auto hit)

• Marked: When Tix targets enemies with the Marked effect, she gains advantage on her next attack against them. Only works with Kurou no Tatsu moves.

• Shadow Flame: All enemies with the Shadow Flame effect receives +1 of damage from Tix’s darkness attacks.

• Burn: Deals 1 point of damage every turn, the enemy on fire can try to put it off every turn without consuming his action.


Moves (Stamina)

• Madness Enhancement: The power granted to her by Eris, avatar of Chaos, she can use it on herself to go berserk, increasing the damage she deals at the cost of receiving more damage herself, she can also use on other people for the same effect, this state, used on herself, allows Tix to use special moves. Toggle power when targeting herself (No roll needed) and 1 turn cooldown to activate/deactivate, normal roll when targeting someone else, 3 turn cooldown.

• Quick Draw: Tix’s can change between her katanas, when she’s going to do it, she will sheathe her actual blade, taunting her opponent to strike, as soon as her opponent tries to attack her, she will make a quick draw, countering and changing her combat style based on the katana she uses to counterattack, this move deals 2 points of damage and can be followed up by one of these moves: when she uses Muramasa to strike, Tix will stick it on the ground and charge her opponent, the blade will cut the ground until she will make an ascending cut, with the blade cover in flames, dealing 3 points of damage and has a chance of setting the enemy on fire; when she uses Kurou no Tatsu, she will sheathe it again, charging it with dark energy and releasing an energy slash, dealing 2 points of damage, has the chance to increase the damage of her next attack by 1.








Muramasa Moves



• Obsidian Ashes: Tix raises Muramasa, the blade starts to be covered in flames, once it’s fully covered, Tix slashes forward, releasing a powerful fire blast towards her target. Deals 5 points of damage and inflicts burning status. 4 turn cooldown.

• Dragon’s Claw: Tix thrust forward with Muramasa stunning her target and then strikes him/her with a powerful combo that starts to build flames around her blade; with her final blow she releases a power fire attack. Deals 1 point of damage per hit, up to 4 hits and 3 points with the final one (She must succeed in all the combo attacks to perform the last one). 4 turn cooldown.

• Pouncing Dragon: Tix creates a swirling tornado with the energy in the blade and slices in a upward slash and finishes with a powerful downward slash leaving a trail of fire on the ground around her that will damage anyone who steps on it (Deals 2 points of damage each time an enemy tries to attack her if they roll < 50). Deals 6 points of damage. Only usable in berserk status but it’s not affected by the damage boost. 6 turn cooldown.



Kurou no Tatsu Moves


• From the Shadows: Thanks to her control over darkness, Tix is able to hide in the shadows, the next attack from the opponent will be with disadvantage, if he fails, Tix gains advantage on her next attack. 2 turns cooldown.

• Clutches of Despair: Tix summons several dark blades, with a gesture of her hand the blades starts to fly towards her target until one of them misses. Deals 1 point of damage per successful hit, it applies Shadow Flame as many turns as successful hits. 3 turns cooldown.

• Shattering Darkness: Tix leaps backwards and unleash a high damaging explosion to her opponents in front of her and having a 50% chance of stunning them. Deals 2 points of damage. 3 turn cooldown.

• Spirit Hunt: Tix charges forward a short after the charge she slashes out around her dealing 2 points of damage to enemies around her and applies the ‘Marked’ status. 2 turn cooldown.

• Lunacy of Umbra: Tix sticks Umbra on the ground and dark energies start to gather around her, after a few seconds she pulls Umbra out of the ground and all the energy gathered around her reacts, creating a dark explosion around her. Deals 2 points of damage to all enemies around Tix and deals a random effect from: bind, downed, stunned or poisoned. Only usable in berserk status but it’s not affected by the damage boost. 4 turn cooldown.


Totsuka Moves

• Black Dragon’s Soaring Thunder Blade: Tix attacks the opponent with two crossing-slashes as black and red lightning courses around her sword Totsuka. She points his sword toward the sky and her sword emits a large pillar of black energy. Then she delivers the final blow by crashing her sword down on the opponent. Deals 7 points of damage, chance to down the opponent, can only be used once per battle.

• Incinerated Heaven's Law - Dragon of Extermination: Tix's most powerful attack, it can be used only once per battle and only when Tix is under the effect of Madness Enhancement, Tix sheathes her weapon and starts to build a dark fire around her, gathering energy in the palm of her hand, once she releases it, this energy transforms into three dragons made of dark flames that bites her target, binding them, then Tix dashes forwards and goes for one last powerful blow with her Totsuka, making the dragons explode dealing a big amount of damage to her target. 12 points of damage.
















Moves (Willpower)


• Dark Domination: Tix pulls her target into a kiss as her eyes glow, sending shivers through her victim's body, pushing them to the ground, several hands holds her target tightly, she breaks the kiss and bites her target's lip as she look down on them with sadistic eyes. Deals 3 of wp damage, heals Tix by 2 and binds the target.

• Crushing Suffocation: Tix pulls her target into deep liplock, holding them tight in place until they desperately struggle for air, then she breaks the kiss leaving them dazed at their knees, 2 wp damage, the target is dazed for 3 turns

• Know your place. Tix will walk to a grounded enemy and step on his face, then she will order them to lick it, followed by a flash of her eyes, making her target compelled to obey. 2 wp and charms the target.

• Pleasure and Pain: Tix will give a brief, soft kiss to her target followed by a bite, from there, she will keep alternating until she had enough. 1 wp damage per successful roll, a failure stops the attack.

• Lashing away your will: Tix creates a whip made of dark energy and starts lashing at her target, the target is surprised by the fact that instead of pain, after each lash he/she feels shivers of pleasure, after a couple of lashes, Tix will laso her target binding them before pulling them towards her. 1 wp damage per lash (Up to 4), binds the target and makes the next Dark Domination an auto success.

• Snaring Shadows: Tix taunts her opponent, making him/her try to tackle her just to find that she isn’t the real Tix but a mere shadow, then the remains of the shadow traps him/her and the real Tix comes out, if the target is female, Tix will squeeze her breasts and then give them a bit, if the target is male, she will squeeze his dick and then give him a knee to his crotch. 3 wp damage to females, 5 wp damage to males.

• Regal Seat: Tix taunts her opponent, making him/her try to tackle her, but Tix will avoid the attack and will make her target trip, forcing him/her to his/her knees, then she will sit on their back, spanking him/her with her whip. 2 wp damage per turn, binds the target.

• Cruel Denial: This move can only be used after Dark Domination, the constant strokes of the hands makes their target get horny, then Tix starts to stroke their crotch with her feet to the point of her target almost reaching climax for then just stepping away, leaving them in denial. 4 wp damage

• Whip Entanglement: Iron Maiden. Tix uses her whip to trap her target, entangling them completely with her whip, then spikes of dark energy sending waves of pain and pleasure through the victim’s body but leaving no wound or marks.
- Deals 3 points of wp damage.
• Whip Entanglement: Sadistic Drain. Tix traps her target with her whip, draining their energy as long as they are trapped.
- Saps 1 point of wp and heals Tix by 1 per turn with her victim trapped.
- Binds the target.
• Hypnotic Gaze. Tix catches her target's attention while her eyes start to glow, the red of her irises quickly capturing her target's gaze, unable to look away they are left in a dazed state.
- Deals 1 point of wp damage and inflicts hypnotized status for a turn (2 turns if crit)
- Characters under the hypnotized status allow Tix to decide their next action.





While Tix toyed with the thoroughly disciplined Cop, she was suddenly blinded by a flash of light, when her vision returned, she found Helen suddenly gone, and noticed a tall Spandex clad woman standing in front of her, lustfully staring her down

"Halt evildoer" she spoke in a commanding tone, "you've been very naughty, and I'm gonna be the one to bring you to justice!"

"Evildoer?" First the cop and now a weirdo in a costume, the day just kept getting better for Tix, the ashen haired woman looked at the newcomer. "I suppose you are the one that she called as backup? And your gig is the whole superhero thing? Great, what's next? a robot?"

"Call me Prism" the superheroine responded "And you're right about the superhero thing" she took a step towards the Sadist. "And that means you are in a whole lot of trouble darling"

"The fake cop said the same." Tix said with a smug. "Now you can stand aside and let me pass or..." Her lips curled into a sadistic grin. "I suppose you know how it follows."

"oh don't worry honey I do" Prism said with a smile, quickly, she brought one hand to her lips and blew Tix a kiss. A red heart sped towards her, connecting before the sadist could do anything, flooding her with pleasure and thoughts of obedience

Coupled with this attack however, Crimson Cutie made a heart with her hands and sent a bright pink beam shooting towards Tix, it collided with her chest and filled her with distractingly lewd thoughts, Tix felt her heart begin to race

With her captor now unconscious, the crimson cutie had no problem freeing herself

"Send her to the floor, trembling with pleasure if you don't mind then, I'll reward you for being a good pet."

It shot towards her at blistering speed and upon contact exploded into a shower of multicoloured lips, all of which began ravishing the sadist, leaving her momentarily overwhelmed!
