Backstory:
The city-state of Frogopolis was long ruled by a class of aristocrats who let the poor starve whilst they grew fat from their labour. This situation could not go on forever, and soon a cadre of ambitious young men began agitating the masses to overthrow their masters. Reinault was one of the fiercest among this group: his hatred for anything reeking of aristocracy was legendary. His fiery rhetoric was instrumental in consolidating support for the revolution.
After the coup succeeded and a republic was installed, Reinault's zeal didn't peter out. He kept advocating to spread the revolt to other countries, to craft frivolous legislation against things he saw as vices of the nobility, and in general made himself more of a liability than an asset. His friends convinced him to be a vanguard unto himself, and sow the seeds of an uprising in midara lands: after all, you couldn't turn a corner there without stumbling over some queen or princess of something. Stoked to have such a daunting task ahead of him, Reinault grabbed a banner of the New Republic of Frogopolis, attached it to a spear, and went on his way.
Abilities:
Strength Of The Masses (action)-Reinault gathers the spirit of the people within himself and strikes out. Does 1 Stamina damage plus 0.5 Stamina damage for every other members he has in his party.
Liberty (action)-Reinault chants a chanson about freedom. Removes all Debuffs from a target, or from himself.
Equality(action)-Reinault preaches the ideals of equality. He copies all the Buffs from a target to himself, including their duration. Cannot copy permanent effects.
Brotherhood (action)-Reinault pours his strength into his fellow man. Restores 1 Stamina and Willpower to the target, and gives them a 0.5 bonus to their next Stamina or Willpower attack.
Hold The Banner High (action)-Reinault waves his banner, provoking all enemies into attacking him. If any enemy attacking him has a critical failure, Reinault can instantly make a free basic Stamina attack.
Man The Barricades! (action)-0.5 Willpower cost. Lasts 2 turns. Reinault creates a defensive barrier, cutting all Stamina and Willpower damage in half for the party in that period of time.
A Fire From Embers (passive)-If Reinault has less than 1/2 of his max Stamina or Willpower left at the start of his turn, he automatically recovers 0.5 Stamina or Willpower, until it is at the 1/2 mark again.
Public Execution (action)-1.5 Stamina cost. Reinault does a daring lunge with his spear, doing 3 Stamina damage upon a success. If it is a Critical Success and the target has 1/4 or less of their maximum Stamina after subtracting the damage of the attack, they are automatically K.O.'d.
