Leon Vs Neo

The first spear was deflected by her umbrella, but the second hit its mark, preventing her illusion from ever trying anything. Neo quickly dashed at him, catching him in her arms ! Then, while holding him tight, she draped her hair over his shoulders, before sitting down, holding him comfortingly in that warm embrace.

A look of bliss washes over his face as he weakly struggles against her grasp.

His half-hearted struggling does nothing to help him, if anything, it only caused him to nuzzle himself into her hair even more. He was surrounded by the strawberry smell of her shampoo, and from the corner of his eye he could see another phantasm drawing closer...

Leon closes his eyes and tries to focus on bending the space around him.

With the sheer abundance of Mana stored in his body, the only difficult part was to bring himself to focus instead of just letting go right then and there, but he managed. Neo and her copy both gave him an annoyed glare, but her expression quickly changed to a smile, before the two of them opened their arms wide invitingly, absentmindedly playing with each other's hair, but making no actual moves.

Leon looked away before he became mesmerized by the scene and attempted to calm himself down.

Leon took a few deep breaths, slowly bringing himself back to a calm state... But his efforts were instantly undone as soon as he looked back to where the two of them were, as they were much closer than he expected. That is to say, right in front of him, with one of them shoving his face between their breasts. He might have thought of simply pushing them off, but his train of thought came to a halt rather quickly when one of the two took his hand, and forced him to run his fingers through her hair.
Yet another copy formed.

Leon never removed his face from her breasts as he basically petted the two women.

Convinced she had him here and there, Neo and her three copies flaunted their locks, tempting him more as he was lost in the feeling. They don't try to get to him any further, however.

He suddenly realized what he was doing, but didn’t stop, instead trying to make it look like he was still mesmerized as he attempted to heal himself.

He successfully managed to fake her out, the girl sending one of her copies to pick up the stolen tome, giving him an opportunity to heal while Neo mistakenly prepared to leave, convinced of her victory. He was still in direct contact with his weakness, however, and it would probably get the better of him if he kept this up.

Leon made his next actions quickly, jumping away from Neo and one of her clones, launching one spear of ice at the clone going for the tome and the other at her, and rushes towards the tome.

While his first spear nails the clone going for the tome, the other barely misses, despite the effect of surprise. Before he can try to run for the object that caused this conflict in the first place, Neon and her remaining clone grab him from behind, setting him back to square one as he finds himself lost in a fluffy embrace yet again, though this time her clone vanishes after a few minutes of forced hair cuddling, likely from the strain of having to catch him.

Now that she had no clones, Leon went on a full on attack, sending two spears at her.

Both of the hit her, the second throw sending her to the ground, She quickly stands back up, but not fast enough, giving Leon more than enough time to try something again.

He tried to knock her back down with a blade of wind.

Perhaps thanks to the excess of mana in his body, Leon's spell was less of a gale, and more of a hurricane. An enormous blade of wind strikes Neo, sending her flying against the back of the alley in a loud crash ! By the time the dust settled, she was stunned on the floor, her illusory form broken.

With her down, Leon walked towards the tome, attempting to heal himself as he walked.

His accidental over-cast took more out of him than he expected, and his healing fizzled out. Not that she'd be able to take advantage of that, only now standing up, still shaky from the sheer power of the blast.
Leon recovers the tome. A quick glance tells him that the magic inside is fairly complex, and he'd need some time alone to focus if he wanted to study it, leaving him little choice but to end the battle if he wanted to get anything out of it.

Leon turns around and sees her stands. Wanting to see if he could recreate the power he just showed, he sent another blade of wind flying at her.

His attempt at casting once again yielded no results. A sudden wave of exhaustion hit him, and he realized just how much power he expended in that accidental wave of power, stumbling to the floor. Neo stumbled down as well in her attempt to stand up, the both of them in bad shape. Neo did manage to recover slightly faster, however, calling upon a rather blurry-looking phantasm.

Leon laid there, slowly recharging his mana.

Neo managed to fully recover, her wounds closing on their own thanks to her aura. At the same time, Leon stood back up, his energy returning to him. Their eyes met, Neo looking at him with begrudging respect.
