The whole game is translated so you'll be fine. Since you make an account online, you can play cross platform as well.
The app is also available to download if you get it through qooapp

Actually if you look closer at the progression (I watched the video altogether), it's even better than you think. She's not kissing 'the camera'. The opponent is on the ground when the fight is over. Notice the tilted angle of the opponent's head while she lifts the face to give her kiss? She's kissing THEM! The opponent right on their face and leaving a print! LOL

Whether camera or opponent pov kiss is fine by me.
