There's this game on Nintendo Switch (Ninjala) in which one of the emotes is called "Throw Kiss" which is exactly what it says it is. Don't have any footage so I put this in Sightings.

This emotion is included in the Season 2 tier. It's Season 3 right now, so it's going to be very difficult to get ... However, there is a possibility that it will come back, so expect it and wait.
