Lily Vs. Marianne

Lily was on the the tail of her latest bounty. Rumor had it that a midara had taken up residence in the currently vacated town house of a local bigwig and a bounty had been placed for anyone willing to investigate and deal with the problem should the rumors prove true.

Lily approached the house sneakily, looking for any windows that she could peek or sneak through.

There were many big windows. All unfortunately curtained.

With that, Lily looked for any possible entrance or escape paths, not wanting to limit herself the the front door.

There was a back door and what appeared to be a basement entrance.

Having learned to infiltrate into the spot where it was least likely to run into anyone, Lily attempted to go through the basement entrance.

Unfortunately the basement entrance seemed to be barred shut. She might be able to smash it open, but that would make a lot of noise.

Onto her next choice, Lily attempted to enter through the back door.

Thankfully the back door had a conventional lock, but a very high quality one. It would take Lily a bit of time to pick it.

With that being a quieter option, Lily started to work on the lock.

Lily was able to silently get the door open.

Lily began to sneak around the house, looking for any sign of the supposed mirada residing here, or the mirada itself.

Lily didn't encounter anything. But she could have sworn she heard footsteps upstairs.

Lily made her way up stairs, seeing if she was just imagining the sounds.

Lily made her way upstairs to find what appeared to be a maid dusting one of the sitting rooms. For a working woman her uniform was rather short and tight, showing off her voluptuous curves.

Lily hid and watched the woman, knowing that this was a house of a wealthy individual, so having a maid may be possible and that the house was supposed to be empty.

Lily was able to hide as the woman went about her business. Her every moment seeming to show off a bit more flesh as she hummed to himself. Eventually she stood up straight and inspected the room. "This should do just fine." She said with a predatory smile.

Lily continued to listen and watch, wanting to know what she meant by what she just said.

The maid was about to move downstairs when she spotted Lily. "Hello. Are you here about the job posting?" She asked politely.

"Y-yes..." Lily answered, not knowing of this job posting, but deciding to play along.

"Do you have much experience with hospitality darling? You look more like an adventurer." The maid asked as she inspected Lily.

“Yes?” Lily answers unconfidently, unsure if the massages she has given her goddess count as hospitality.

"I only need you for the day. The master of the house is returning and I need someone to keep his guests busy as I spend some time with him." She said. "Think you can do that?"

“I am more of a one on one type of person,” Lily replied.

"Shame. No one else has show up and I'm getting a bit desperate." She said, looking Lily up and down and thinking to herself.
