Pretty cool concept for the moves, but you should probably specify what each weakness does (If not i would assume that it's a classic 1+ damage weakness, don't know for other DMs tho.)

Also, here is some feedback: Elaborate more on the concept of the character (what jobs he prefers to take, backstory, add more aspects to his personality), because it makes it WAYY easier to DM against the guy.

Also, i wanna point out that "tho but" is quite redundant. (Imagine saying "The catch with the plan is that when that happens", it kinda ruins the whole momentum of the sentence)

Otherwise pretty solid character conceptually, and i can see him being quite the threat to any grapple/bind based Midara, which is amazing, fuck binds, all my homies hate binds.

You really should rethink this weakness, it's too general and for the effect it has, there are many things that could be considered a "domination based" move, maybe make it a bit more specific, if not you are going to have a horrible time fighting many midaras because a stun chance is a really strong effect.
