Welcome to the depths of my imagination for another creative character that is just stuff I like to imagine in my spare time. And like all my stuff, it's not just free to use, but I'd be happy to hear the story of someone else using it. I feel we have a lot of cool characters already but not enough cool venues. This would definitely have a spot on my island of cool places where all my midara hang out somewhere but that's mostly still just a concept at this point.
Anyway, this is inspired by the great song by Hatsune Miku, World's End Dancehall, with a stage where people can watch her. See images later for what it looks like.
Now, this stage has some special rules. Here's how it works:
1. Any performance on it generates energy. This energy can be used to make any images of the creator's choice appear anywhere above the dance floor. It is also what keeps the enter facility working and if no one uses it for too long the entire thing might shut down. It can also be used to create attacks and defend against attacks from outer space or other far away places but cannot be used in any remotely short-range scenario. This servers the purpose of attempting to prevent the world's end when it is under attack and is part of how it is worth of the name World's End Dancehall. The energy can also be used to create real physical objects, such a new pair of light dance shoes for someone to wear.
2. The main dance floor is intended to be performed on using only light dance shoes. These are hard to find, but anyone performing on the floor using them is able to dance at the speed of light, greatly creating the energy as mentioned in rule number 1 and may have a huge advantage in battle if skilled enough to control their moves well enough. It is possible to dance on it otherwise but it may scratch the floor and you may be escorted off of it if you haven't been seduced into coming onto it against your will.
3. The queen, or arguably even goddess of the dance floor is Hatsune Miku, and some of her vocaloid friends somewhat as well. They can rarely even be seen on the floor but are likely there and just moving too quickly to even be seen, and will ensure any of the rules are followed. Barely anyone can even come close to keeping up with them to even attempt to challenge them, and if challenged, are almost unbeatable. And yes, the keep making enough energy to keep everything working, fix any scratches, etc. so that it's almost impossible for anything they don't want to have happen to get in the way. They will not save anyone from losing on the dance floor unless inaction threatens their ability to keep defending the world.
4. Every disco ball above the floor boosts the energy created from using it as well as the perceived level of performing abilities of anyone on it. There is normally only 1 but it's possible it can be destroyed or other can be added.
5. Even being on the dance floor is powerful. Anyone that deep inside would really like either lose or to be a midara or on the midara's side slowly gets closer to what they would like every turn on the dance floor and has only a 1/2 the chance to be able to leave the floor if they attempt to do so. And let's face it, this is almost everyone.
6. There are many other rooms at the World's End Dancehall, which supposedly have many other dance floors where people practice and work their way up to higher and higher speeds before attempting to take the main stage, but these are currently not easy to get into and essentially locked doors to most, but maybe someday some midara could break into them and get all the dancers in training to help her.

8. If there ever is some crazy alien attack, meteor, or other powerful force that threatens the world, the vocaloids will dance beautifully and with tons of energy to do everything they can to attempt to save the world and can very much be seen when this happens. But again, the otherwise are mostly just there but not really visible.
9. Despite what was said earlier, this is a rumor that the vocaloids hear everything anyone says around the dance floor. And due to this, just walking up to it and seemingly talking to thin air but asking them for something, even battling them, may work, but may also be ignored. People seem to think most get ignored as they don't even stand a chance, but if a truly worthy opponent were to show up, most think the vocaloids would really listen. But if anyone requests something simple like a hug from Miku, it is always granted unless she's too busy saving the world to do so.
So what is the point of all this? Well, as you may suspect, this is an area some midara would love to be at, both for challenging a particular opponent or for trying to takeover part or all of the crowd entirely. Any dancer midara that wants can join here, or the Singer from https://charmed.variousforum.com/t645p50-monster-girl-collectible-card-profiles-villainesses#9451 would especially love to takeover this stage. Not only that, but any midara fighting here has the ability to use the energy they create to make images appear above the floor, likely suggestive ones that seduce their enemies into taking damage, being charmed, and/or moving towards the dance floor.
But there is one midara in particular that always hangs out here and is wanting to fight.
And yes some of you are probably dying to see who this is, but I haven't finished her (or possible them) yet so I'll leave this here as a little teaser until it's ready. Can also make a moveset for the vocaloids if anyone somehow manages to fight them but it's going to be ridiculous. And yes, there is a point to all of what is included here, it just may not be apparent yet until you see how someone (really something) can make use of it all.

Jezebel, the dancer that wishes to convert the world
Abilities:
Passive: alluring dancer
Anyone that is every at 0 willpower moves towards her and waits for her to convert them taking no other actions unless under her control, and then does whatever she commands. Additionally, anyone at under 30% willpower has a 50% chance to have to move towards her instead of however they attempted to move.
Her abilities shift around every turn based on the color of lights that are currently active. The colors rotate around red > orange > yellow > green > blue > indigo > violet, and then back to red. Just remember the rainbow and roygbiv to remember the order. The surrounders herself with shiny velvet of the current color.
Her main goal is to attempt to convert all of her opponents into her own minions to do her bidding. But she can't just do so in a single ability.
Her "preparation" ability. 2 turn cooldown
This ability has a different name depending on the current color, and prepares them to be converted into a different monster girl depending on said color. The attack is similar to the Roses are Red... attack of the venus weed, copied here:
Roses are Red... 2-turn cooldown.
Venus Weeds targets an Heroine in range and wraps a flowered tentacle around there face, removing there ability to act for their next turn. The flower forces there mouth open and pumps pollen, nectar and other fluids into there body during their next turn. After their next turn ends, the flower releases and the target will gain +275 charmed counters and become Tranced, becoming unable to move or act. The target face will also become visually different, with implemented red petals fragments in it and glazed over red eyes receiving 'Ready to Bloom' status effect.
Except that of course it changes with the color, but also that Jezebel wraps them in little of her velvet and gives a soft kiss during the attack. They're still pumped full of sexy stuff that changes their appearance and makes them ready to transform.

This attack leaves the target stuck in it for 1 round, dealing 2 willpower damage while it is being applied, and then the target is tranced and does nothing for 1-3 turns afterwards as well, but ends if struck by an ally.
Rain of hearts: 3 turn cooldown
Lighting up the stage with her dancing, Jezebel blows a kiss upwards and it appears to explode into many small kisses as she's able to keep the image going with the energy from her dancing. These rain all over the battlefield, each having only a small chance to hit but dealing 2 willpower damage and inflicing charmed for each kiss that hits. Multiple charm effects can stack from this attack.
Focus on me: 3 turn cooldown
A powerful and hypnotic dance that focuses all the lights on herself and it almost impossible to look away from as she seductively sways her hips. Very high chance to hit everyone nearby and deals 2 willpower damage + prevents them from moving away from her for 2 rounds, taking an additional 1 more willpower damage each of those 2 rounds. If they come in contact with her during those 2 rounds, they take 4 more willpower damage and become hypnotized by her and will do whatever she says for a round. If they end their hypnotized state at under 20% willpower, they stay by her and hope she starts converting them and can still act but is unable to move away.
Healing Light: 1 turn cooldown
No one should die on the dance floor, everyone should be enslaved. A sexy dance that generates the energy bathe any target in a spotlight that heals by 3 and an additional 3 if the target stays in the light on their next turn.
Enticing dance: 3 turn cooldown
A powerful and sensual dance that can only be used at very short range. Grinds her body all over theirs, smothers with her breasts, and kisses, all at once. Affects all targets on 8-adjacent spaces and deals 5 willpower damage to each of them, enticing them for 1 round + 1 for each stack of charm they currently have, making them stay by her and block attacks made against her and not take any other actions while in effect. If they end their enciced state at under 20% willpower, they stay by her and hope she starts converting them and can still act but is unable to move away.
Hypnotic song: 3 turn cooldown
Sings a beautiful song perfectly in rhythm with her movements while also showing a hypnotic spiral of light above herself that is just mesmerizing and pieces the mental resistance of almost anyone. Deals 1-5 willpower damage, depending on distance from her to all nearby enemies and has a 10% chance to cause hypnotizes to targets for each damage dealt to them. Hypnotized targets will do whatever Jezebel commands on their next action.
VIP room: 4 turn cooldown
Grabs a nearby target and suddenly her and her target drop way down, like as if there were a hidden elevator on the floor. She kisses and has sex with her target, dealing 5 willpower damage and imbuing them with her sexy mark of the dancer, leaving her target with a permanent +1 stack of charm for the rest fo the battle. Also inflicts her target with gravity, lowering movement by 1 while in effect. After the attack the elevator takes them both to right where they were. Doesn't take any extra turns but gives evasion and both her and her target gain a 1/2 chance to evade any attacks used against them during the turn, including healing or support spells or anything really.
Velvet cocoon: 9-turn cooldown
Similar to the blooming season attack of the venus weed https://charmed.variousforum.com/t645-monster-girl-collectible-card-profiles-villainesses#8336 but with a wrapping of a beautiful and mind-meltingly soft velvet coming out of the floor that wraps up everyone caught in it and still has a 2-square radius around the user. Targets hit that are perpared for transformation are transformed into a monster girl of both the color of when they were prepared and the current one. As in, there are many combinations possible and this can easily make a flower cheerleader or a slime dancer or whatever other combinations. If both colors are the same they are instead imbued with a powerful singing ability and gain all of singer's abilities https://charmed.variousforum.com/t645p50-monster-girl-collectible-card-profiles-villainesses#9451 and exude a powerful aura of their color that boosts the energy created on the floor by all of their performing abilities. The conversion takes a total of 2 turns but cannot be stopped one anyone once it has started. Everyone converted fights on the side of Jezebel.
Targets hit that were not prepared yet take 4 + 2 * stacks of charmed damage and gain 2 stacks of charmed and are immobilized for a turn. Anyone still immobilized by the end of their next turn takes another 4 + 2 * stacks of charmed damage and gains 2 stacks of charmed.
Let's dance together (1) 5 turn cooldown
If she has converted at least 5 opponents, she can dance together with all of them in a triangle of seduction. Deals 5 willpower damage, inflicts charm, and causes enemies to have a 50% chance to be forced to move towards her on their next move, and a 50% chance to fail any attempt at doing their next attack. Also causes members of the crowd to come onto the floor and start begging to be converted. The next time Jezebel uses her preparation ability after doing this, all of her converted allies can use it with her if they so choose, but can act independently.
Let's dance together (2) 7 turn cooldown
If she has converted at least 15 opponents, including crowd members, she can do her ultimate dance. The irrisitable display takes over the minds of everyone nearby, causing them to want to fall for her. Causes 6 willpower damage, inflices 2 stacks of charm, and causes all enemies to fall under her spell, doing whatever command she asks of them on their next turn. The energy from this dance is so strong that it is even able to reach into the nearby dance practice rooms along with the crowd, causing the members of both to start wanting to come to Jezebel and be converted. The dance practicers also gain the additional ability of dealing +2 willpower damage and inflicting +1 charm with any of their dance abilities if converted by Jezebel. The energy from this dance is so immense it also turbocharges her next use of velvet cocoon, causing it to grant extra effects to anyone converted from it. Anyone converted by this velvet cocoon is also granted the powers of a succubus, allowing for flight, the draining of willpower and healing herself with kissing or any act of passion, and boosted charming abilities, along with wings, bigger breasts, and a skimpier, darker outfit. They also gain the rain of hearts, focus on me, and enticing dance attacks.

I also think it bothered me before that I was so bad in that I just picked a random move every turn and followed the game rules of it but almost never did any of the actual stuff between the lines which is really what makes it a lot of fun. I think I can do better now especially with a character like this that doesn't quite use the rules we use on here so a lot of it will just have to be loosely followed anyway.
