I don't know if you guys are familiar with this site - it's based on mind control in anime. That particular link I sent looks promising, probably brainwashing kiss of some sort.

Not bothering translation right now, something about Super Robots Inspector or something.

If you got some time, that site definitely has a lot of MC kisses but there are a shitload of links and you have to track down the animes. What we could do is divvy up one page per person on these forums and between 9 people could get through everything and see if it's of interest. Anybody down for that?

I think it is from Super Robot Wars OG: G - The Inspector.

The character's name were the heroine, Excellen Browning, and it is from episode 18.

Base on the review, i suggest to watch eps 18,19 where the kiss and the effect of brainwash goes, and eps 23 where Kyosuke save Excellen. Alfimi tries to brainwashed Excellen once more but failed...
