The move is direct and it looks and sounds like she's supposed to be kissing you as she steals your MP.

I just finished playing through Chrono Trigger for the first time today, and she used that move on Frog (how ironic).

That is such an awesome game.
The story, the combos, the music, they pulled out all the stops in that one. Personally I rate it above FFVII.

And on topic, the scene with the nagas in church was hot!
