I defeated shizu , now is very hard to defeat the twins

What is a good strategy for fighting Sofia?

Try to fight one at a time for now, you can always come back later to fight them both. My personal experience is that fighting Himika with seductive moves, while making sure to keep your health high and blocking when she fires herself up with her "overcharge" move, she will go down quickly.

From what I noticed, she seems very affected by aphrodisiac moves. Pile them on while attempting to bind her, and use your strongest magic/seduction moves, and after a long battle (She has a ton of HP, and we're talking like 8 times the twins combined here) you should be able to outlast and beat her.

I just went for some willpower and a lot of spirit and arousal to be as tanky as possible and used lot's of healing items, especially against Sofia. I basically just out tanked her while doing like 30 dmg per round.

v19.2 is now out brining bug fixes, balancing changes, and a bunch of post challenge Kotone content.

how can i get the post challenge content?

My save crashed when i installed a mod i have two mods installed

When using mods you need to update your save manually in town and i'm guessing that's the reason it's crashing based on the vague description.

While in town just open the menu and go to options and click the update save button before doing anything else.

I know people have gotten help on this forum for Kotone challenge, but I don't think I understood the directions. So can someone please post step by step directions for it?

1. Play until you get to the Will Power Tempel
2. Beat the Power side of the Dungeon first
3. Get hypnotized by Kotone until you get the "Kotone's Hypno Slave" Perk
4. Beat the Will side of the Dungeon
5. Beat Shizu
6. Beat the Onis at the same time.
7.Go back to Kotone

you can also beat the will side and then go back get the hypno slave perk and do it again with the random encounters turned off

Update v19.6 is now out bringing an content update for the manticore on the mountain, a bunch of combat balancing, and a fix for an issue with completing Kotone's challenge.

So I completed the Hypno Slave challenge with Kotone and the two ogre women. The only boss I can't beat is the sleepy succubus, whose name I can't remember. Is there anything new in this update for me?

Depends if you're interested in the manticore on the mountain.
