Robin vs Kurumu

"Thank you..." She whispers sweetly as she brings her lips to his, slowly absorbing a small amount of his willpower..

However as she pulls back, Kurumu realises she'd gotten a little too excited, and had forgotten to continue hiding her wings...

Her lips were sweet. Twas the only thing that came to his mind as she kissed him. He relished in it for a bit, eyes shutting. As she pulled back, he opened his eyes, only to notice the two wings. With a grunt, he jumped back, hand fishing out a Tome. "What...What are you?"

"oh well, umm" Kurumu fished for an excuse before realising she didn't have one
"Ever heard of a succubus?" She answered earnestly

Robin narrowed his eyes at her words. "A Succubus...I believe I've heard of you before, but feel free to refresh my memory." The tome he had sparked with electricity. A clear sign as to what awaited the blunette.

Seeing the tome spark like that panicked Kurumu slightly.
"... Umm, well for one we're really good kissers. Don't suppose you want another?"

"I think not." Slowly Robin lifted the tome, the lightning around it intensifying as if responding to his rage. "If you want one, try and take one."

"With pleasure" Kurumu said with a predatory smile as she calmed down and resigned herself to the fight.

"Ready when you are cutie!"

That 'Cutie' remark caused the tactician's eyes to twitch. With a grunt, he shot off a single Thunder spell. Just to test the waters. A bolt of lightning shot out of the tome, heading towards the Succubus.

(Thunder.)

The bolt arced it's way towards Kurumu at blistering speed! However at the last second the succubus was able to slip out of its deadly path!(73)

As she recovers from her dodge, Kurumu leaps chest first at Robin, however the tactician foresees a physical attack and manages to dodge! (51)

Huh. She could dodge rather well. He'd give her that. And...Wait, why was she coming at him? Why did she have her chest aimed at his general direction? Why was- OH CRAP! Yelling, Robin dove onto the ground, before coming back up, drawing a Bronze Sword from his sack and swinging it at her. "Take this!"

Robin swing the sword at Kurumu while she was still recovering from her landing and managed to score a strong hit! (64)

"Ohh, playing rough? I like that..." Kurumu said as she started back slightly, before attempting to pull Robin in fit another kiss! Robin however manages to strike her arms away with the flat of the sword, leaving her efforts fruitless (95)

Okay. He managed to do some damage. He just needed to make sure she didn't kiss him. Who knew what kind of magic that had. Slowly, Robin backed away, before firing off another Thunder spell at the woman. As he did, he began formulating a plan. Taking in the surroundings, trying to figure out how he could use it to his advantage.

(Thunder. Wait, didn't she get him with a Draining Kiss before the fight started?)

(my bad, will apply draining kiss effects now, though it'd just be the damage since it doesn't state it can over heal)

Robin sends another thunderbolt arcing towards the succubus! This time she has no time to dodge and the bolt strikes true, sending her staggering backwards! (Thunder:58)

Recovering quickly, Kurumu takes advantage of the fact that Robin is still looking at her as he prepares his next wreck, the succubus simply grabs her shirt and pulls it up, flashing him her chest through her tiny bra! As the mage sea this he begins to blush furiously, his mind going a little fuzzy as Kurumu taunts him. "You'll get the whole show soon honey".

Another successful shot! Robin smiled, preparing yet another attack, before she had pulled her shirt up. Such an action caused him to sputter, his face a bright red. "W-What the heck do you mean?!"

He began to flip through his Tome, trying to find a spell to use. Closing his eyes as tightly as he could, he began focusing, electricity gathering within the tome.

(Charge. Wasnt sure howto incorporate the whole 'Different spells in one tome' mechanic from Smash 4, so..here. It takes an action for him to gather energy and upgrade that tome's spell by one stage. Which means more damage..But also more durability used up.

How's that?)

Robin feels the energy within the tome surge as he empowered it, the thunder doubling in strength.

While he was reading however, he failed to notice Kurumu approaching him, meaning when he looked back up from the tome he was met with the invited sight of her leaning in to kiss him, her lips inches from his own. Momentarily taken aback, he was helpless but to accept Kurumus kiss, enjoying it fully, but feeling somewhat more tired when she pulled away

Huh. So that's how it worked. Already he could feel the spell Thunder becoming Elthunder. It'd be much easier to take this woman down now.

Lifting his head up, he was taken aback by the sudden kiss. Eyes widening, a part of him began to give in, returning the kiss. As she pulled away, he felt...something leave him. "What..the heck did you just do to me?" Wiping his mouth, he swung his Bronze Sword at her. "Take this!"

Swinging his bronzesword at Kurumu made Robin realise quite how exhausted he'd momentarily become, as the swing was slow and tiring, easily dodged by kurumu before his strength returned(11)


Kurumu flew straight for Robin, her wings carrying her at an alarming speed, but the tactician foresaw the attack and sidestepped, sending the succubus flying into a tree on the edge of a clearing. She dropped to the ground immediately clutching her face

His slow was sluggish. Weak. She danced from it with relative ease. Whatever she was done had managed to weaken him.

As she flew towards him, Robin managed to regain enough energy to jump to the side, a wince escaping him as she slammed into the tree. Against his better judgement, he walked over to her, placing his sword on his hip. "A stupid question, but...are you alright?"

(Turn Pass.)

Kurumu gets to her feet shakily. "Fine, thank you, but I appreciate the concern." It'd have been so easy to exploit good moment of kindness, but Kurumu didn't want to sink to such levels over something like this

"Hmm. Well, despite us currently fighting, I can still worry." Taking a few steps back, he retrieved his Tome once more. "Let me know when you are ready to resume. Or don't. Either one works for me."

"Whenever you're ready, since you were so kind, I'll let you take the first shot" Kurumu said, she had no intention of ending the fight, this was the most fun she'd had in a while, plus this boy was too cute to let go

A chuckle escaped him at her words. "As you wish. Let's see if this works!" Holding his hand out, his Tome began to glow before a ball of electricity formed at his fingertips. "Elthunder!" The name of the attack was called. He launched the orb of electricity at her, hoping to do some damage to her. Whether it hit or not, however, the charge was depleted.

(Alright, looking at the Smash Wiki, they explain Thunder's Durability as such.

Starts with 20 points.
Thunder takes out 1 point each.
Elthunder is three.
ArcThunder is 5.
Thoron is 10.

Going by the history..the Tome's got 15 Durability left.)

(Hrmm....IDK. I know Thoron would be the strongest. Thunder could be the weakest at 1, Elthunder 2, Arcthunder 3...and Thoron 5 maybe?)

The empowered spell leapt from the tome and slammed into the succubus, sending her flying back into the same tree. She staggers to her feet with a look of anger on her face

"So that's you wanna play huh?" She said, venom in her voice before lunging at Robin, razor sharp claws extending from her hands as she swipes at the mage! Somehow though, after the assault was over, only his clothes seemed to be damaged, and the sweet look returned to Kurumus face
