So...This is a tough thing to really explain.

Oreca Battle is an Arcade/Trading Card Game exclusive to Japan. It's a fairly interesting thing from what I've researched. And there's also an anime for it.

One of the characters in the anime is known as Demera

In episode 12 of the anime, she blows a kiss that seems to damage the opponent.
