Right, here's my first attempt at a hero, I guess. If you've got anything to say regarding balancing for their attacks and moves and stuff, do feel free to give criticism and such. I wanted to keep the character fairly ambiguous and lighthearted, I might try to do RP at some point in the future with them if I have the time but this was mostly an exercise more than anything. If they seem to be on the lower end of the power scale, I will admit that that may have been intended :p
Name: Hachi
Age: Unknown, estimated to be 18 - 25
Appearance: Hachi is a rather petite type of creature of a rather androgynous nature, appearing to demonstrate both boyish and effeminate characteristics in their face, body and clothing and could be somewhat mistaken at first for a demihuman-type midara. Standing at 5 ft. 4 in. (or 162.56 cm), Hachi has a light-skinned complexion, dark unkempt hair kept long, a perfect clean-shaven face and bright greenish-blue eyes and appears to be not strictly entirely human due to the presence of light-furred long rabbit ears and tail, although they do not seem to possess any overt supernatural or mystical abilities. They usually prefer to dress in leather jacket, a white shirt cut off at the stomach, and blue jeans with black boots, with either a black choker or scarf adorning their neck.
Weapons: Wooden shortsword (wakizashi)
Biography: Hachi prefers to keep their history something of an 'unremarkable mystery', although it is known that they are of mixed heritage and they come from a comparatively lower middle end social standing wherever they came from. Unable to pin down work and having failed academics, they served the role as a thief at home in order to make ends meet, although now they seek to make a profit by resolving midara-hunting quests and earn a living - even if they are somewhat reluctant to hurt others, even midara, in the process.
Personality: Hachi could be considered to be a 'noble rogue' of sorts, using their wits to get by while preferring not to hurt anyone. Even while fighting midara, they do not seek to kill or cause permanent injury thus all of their offensive techniques are strictly non-lethal, which may put them at a disadvantage compared to other hunters even if they are aware of the dangers such creatures pose. Hachi is also rather socially anxious and nervous and particularly fears midara, if only because they worry that they may happen to be rather weak-willed to such creatures' whims and wiles. It should be noted that Hachi does not have a defined gender, happening to use gender-neutral (they / them) and masculine pronouns.

Passive Effects
Renewed Confidence: Whenever Hachi succeeds in escaping from the Bind status, they are restored of 1 Willpower damage.
Regular Attacks
Swift Palm: Hachi uses his open palms to attempt to shove and push away his opponent with a quick series of five blows. Each successful attack deals 1 Stamina damage, up to a maximum of 5 Stamina damage collectively if every attack lands a success.
Intimidate: Hachi attempts to muster their confidence in order to try intimidating his opponent, pointing in their direction or placing their hands in their pockets while establishing eye contact. Whether out of being intimidated, pity, or being swooned by the pathetic cuteness of this attempt, a successful roll deals 2 Willpower damage.
Bite: Hachi uses their sharp teeth to fight back. Although their teeth cannot pierce skin, this does not stop the attack from somewhat stinging at the very least. This attack deals 2 Stamina damage and can be used while under the effects of the Bind status.
Feint (Passive): Hachi pretends to act vulnerable or exposed, pushing themselves into a corner or beginning to cower more than usual in order to catch their opponent off-guard. This move causes +1 Stamina damage to be applied to Hachi's successful attacks on their next turn. This bonus applies to each successful attack dealt with Swift Palm.
Wooden Sword: Hachi draws their wooden shortsword and reluctantly uses it to bash their opponent. The wooden sword is far from sturdy, breaking after three successful uses of it although the broken form of the sword can still be used. This attack while unbroken deals 3 Stamina damage, while its broken state deals only 1 Stamina damage.
Infatuate: Hachi attempts to say something positive about their opponent, tending to compliment them or inadvertently flirt with them. Whether the attempt actually works out of effectiveness, embarrassment or simply because of Hachi's nervous state while trying it, a successful roll deals 1 Willpower damage and the Charmed status.
