Will Helm vs Chantelle Lacroix Closet Match

Will took a long swig of ice water as he cooled down from an intense workout. Shauna and the Divas he had "allied" himself with had given him a exercise regimen, and he was starting to see promising results. The aforementioned alliance he made has so far kept him out of the clutches of the less friendly Divas, protection that did not come without cost. He couldn't say he particularly minded paying that price.

He let his mind wander to the pint-sized member of his defender squad as he opened a closet to get a towel. A familiar, yet peculiar sight greeted him to pull him from his daydream. A ring? When did he put that in his closet? A pair of arms reached out and grabbed him by his collar. Oh.

His assailants threw him to the floor towards the ring. He looked to the ceiling and found a violet-lipped Midara looking down at him.

"Bonjour, mon cher~" she said before picking him up by his hair and tossing him into the ring.

Will's instincts kicked in and brought him to his feet and into the far corner. As the Diva, Chantelle if he remembered correctly, climbed into the ring to take her place in the opposite corner, Will looked back to the closet, which had since become a simple small room with a single door facing the ring. Usually there was no evidence of his entry into the arena, why was the door still there this time around?

The two business-dressed midara who had pulled him into the arena took their places on the apron on either side of the Trickster. The three of them stared him down as the referee and ring announcer stepped into the ring. Will supposed this meant he would get some answers.

"Ladies and gentlemidara," the announcer said, stepping forward ",the following is a closet match!"

The crowd cheered as Will's mind raced. He had never heard of a match like this, but he had the distinct feeling it would not be particularly good for him.

"In this match, there are no pinfalls, no submissions, no count-outs, and no disqualifications!" The announcer continued ",The only way to win is to get your opponent into the closet at ringside, and close the door completely!"

Will's heart dropped as the volume of the crowd rose. A closet? Nothing good came of being in an enclosed space with a Midara.

The announcer ducked out of the ring, as did the ref. Another fact hit Will now, he could not count on rules to hold back the Trickster.

The bell rang, the assistants dropped from the ring apron, the referee took her place at the closet, and the match began.

Move Sets:
Chantelle

Will Helm:

Straight Lunge - Will quickly lunges forward with a jab directed at the stomach. Deals 3 stamina damage. (can be used every turn)

1-2-3 Combo - Will gets in close with his fists up as he quickly jabs with repetition at the target's stomach. Deals 4 Stamina damage (can be used every 2 turns)

Right-Left Hook Combo - Will gets in front of his target before delivering a right hook punch to the target's head and after that a left hook punch. Deals 4 Stamina damage + paralyzed status (can be used every 2 turns)

Sparking Kiss- Will charges up electricity in his lips and kisses the enemy midara's lips in an attempt to send a powerful shock through their body. If successful, some damage and paralysis, but if unsuccessful, he gets bound in a makeout session with them and suffers bind status. Deals 5 Stamina damage (can be used every 3 turns)

Static Charge - Will rubs his gloves together and builds up alot of static, causing his gloves to become supercharged for 5 turns, slightly increasing chance of causing paralysis with normal moves, giving a slight chance of counter-attack and allowing Will to use one of the following moves. Roll die. If number is even, move is successful, if not Will becomes paralyzed (can be used every 4 turns)

Rapid Bolt (after Static Charge) - Will quickly begins to jab both his fists forward in alteration, soon doing it fast enough to send bursts of electricity in the shape of his fists flying forward at his opponent. (Does 3 base stamina damage. Roll die 3 times. For each even numbered roll the attack does +1 stamina damage)


Delta Dash(after Static Charge) - Using the static from his gloves, Will supercharges himself and allows him to quickly dash in a triangle formation around his opponents, quickly creating walls of electricity that soon close in on his targets and trap them. Deals no damage but does deal paralysis.

Shock Tremor(after Static Charge) - Will strikes the ground and sends a bolt of electricity quickly rolling along the ground towards his target, immensely shocking them. Deals 6 Stamina damage

Crashing Knuckle - Will leaps forward before jumping high and putting all his electricity into one glove before coming down quickly, landing a rather hard and shocking punch on his target. Deals 7 Stamina damage + paralysis, but the supercharge instantly wears off


Summon: Witch Sisters- ??? Restores 5 Willpower (can be used every 5 turns)

Summon: Kissing Bandits- ??? 100% chance of attacks hitting the target for the next 2 turns (can be used every 5 turns)

Summon: Archangel Giga Bimbo- ??? Reduces attack damage by 2 and restores 3 Willpower every turn for the next 3 turns (can be used every 5 turns)

Summon: Toon Girl- ??? Immunity to bind status (can be used every 5 turns)


Summon: Bully Minotaur- ??? Restores 5 Willpower, but leaves Will unable to attack next turn (can be used every 5 turns)

Will starts with 40 Willpower
Chantelle starts with 40 Stamina

Will took a deep breath before getting a head start and lunging for the trickster with his fist forward.

(Straight Lunge)

Will's direct jab found its mark and made Chantelle take a step back.

Inverted Atomic Drop 53= Failure

The Diva attempted a simple grapple, but Will made sure to stay out of reach.

Will had to stay away from that closet, cause if he got put in there, losing the match would be the least of his worries, so he kept his distance from it, meanwhile going for a series of hooks on the trickster.

Will swung a wild right hook which Chantelle ducked. She popped back up and pecked Will on his cheek. Will swung a left hook in retaliation with the same results. Both his cheeks now had a purple kiss on it.

Before he could make another move, Chantelle lept forward, intent on bringing Will to the mat. Will was just quick enough to spin out of her way.

Will jumped back towards Chantelle, this time charging up electricity in his lips. "You want a kiss so bad? Well.... You may not like what you get!" he said as he kissed Chantelle on the lips in the hopes that she'd get shocked.

The never-too-familiar tingling surged formed in Will's lips and exploded as he released the kiss. Chantelle had frozen with small sparks arcing across her skin occasionally.

A trio of jabs connected with the Trickster's abdomen, snapping her out of her stupor.

Recovering, Chantelle reared back and aimed a superkick at Will's head. He managed to avoid the strike by inches.

Will gave his hooks another shot, hoping to floor Chantelle for another quick, hopefully he'd be able to whittle her down.

Will wasted no time in unleashing another combo of hooks as Chantelle stood back upright.

Will then braced himself. He felt as though he had enough of a lead that he could take another risk. And so, he leapt onto Chantelle again with static in his lips for another jolt.

Once again, Will's bold strategy paid off as electricity stunned the Diva in place.

(Oh damn, I was actually hoping that one would backfire. I hope if I end up winning she pulls a trick to get her time with him anyway. Seems like the thing she'd do. X3)
Will was getting a bit worried that she might be trying to lull him into a false sense of security. He began to charge up electricity in his whole body, with plans of hopefully putting an end to this soon.

(Seeing as there's no disqualifications in this match, and both of her assistants are present, I think that's pretty likely )

Will's focus kept, and he felt the electrical energy course through his body.

A recovered Chantelle reached to grapple Will, but he stepped out of her range in time.

(Ahhh I got it. So even if Will knocks her stamina down and puts her in the closet, her assistants will push him in there anyway and lock him in, and even though Will will be the winner by technicality, Chantelle will still get to smother him until the taste of her lipstick is stuck to him for a good while. Or until she feels satisfied, which seeing her as a heel and a possible sore loser, is likely to be a while. X3)
Will summons the kissing bandits, requiring some added accuracy to secure his victory.

Auto Success!

Will looked down as he felt a grip on his ankle and saw a lasso wrapped around it. He was suddenly tugged out of the ring by his cowgirl carers. The trio gave him a wink before blasting his body with a bevy of benevolent bullets.

As Will ducked back into the ring, he nimby juked an attempted tackle from Chantelle.

(Just noticed, did you edit the kissing bandits effect? It's supposed to guarantee hits for the next 3 attacks instead of the next 2, like 1 for each of the kissing bandits of which there are 3.)
Will knew his plan at this point, take her down a couple of pegs and then hit her hard. He began with a lightning fast punch to the mat that sent a huge spark Chantelle's way.

(Shock Tremor x2, followed by Crashing Knuckle)

(I think I've been copying the same moveset for Will since we started RPing together. Maybe I botched it at some point. I'll keep the count at two this turn. Also, I'm taking this first roll as a sign that shenanigans should begin.)

The wave of electricity crashed into Chantelle, sending her tumbling out of the ring.

Outside Interference 81= Auto Success (due to underhandedness)

As Will walked to follow Chantelle out of the ring, a force crashed into him and tumbled to the ground on top of him. One of the Trickster's assistants peppered his cheek with kisses. He was about to try to force her off of him, when he heard a click and a metallic grip on his ankles

(Will's ankles are cuffed together!)

(Oh well. Atleast getting out of the cuffs won't waste the accuracy since it only applies to attacks.)
Will was angered by this cheap trick, but luckily he could use his strength to punch the cuffs until they broke off.

(Break cuffs, keep trying until successful, and upon breaking out, Crashing Knuckle)

Escape 19= Failure

Working at an awkward angle and with an assistant kissing his cheek, Will's strike did not have the power needed to free his legs

Foreign Object 5= Failure

The assistant paused her assault to try and cuff Will's wrists, but his elbow caught her right on the nose causing her to drop the cuffs and roll off of him.

Escape 30= Success

Now able to strike as he pleased, Will unleashed a punch which shattered the cuffs around his ankles.

Louise Thez Press 6= Success

Will finally got back to his feet only to be knocked back down by a glomp and flurry of smooches from Chantelle.

Crashing Knuckle 13= Auto Success

Will brought an empowered fist down on the mat as soon as he got back up, knocking Chantelle back into the corner and dazing her.

French Invasion 71= Dirty Success

Will was about to follow up, but he was suddenly sandwiched by a chair shot on his chest and back. He plopped onto his back from the force of the combined blow.

Will decided to try and finish this as soon as possible, not feeling confident with how her assistants keep making cheap shots. He leapt onto Chantelle again for another electricity charged kiss.

Will got to his feet and readied the electricity in his lips as he walked to the corner where the Trickster rested. Another crash of steel impacted his back sending him stumbling forward into the kiss of the other assistant.

Low Blow 60= Success

The electrified assistant fell out of the ring, revealing Chantelle sliding on her knees toward Will before swinging a forearm into his crotch.

Suddenly Will couldn't see color and he fell on his back.

(Will is Stunned!)

Irish Whip= Auto Success

Picking him up by his head, Chantelle sent Will over the top rope and he landed on the floor, a few mere feet away from the doorway of the closet.

Will got back up, annoyed but ready to finish things as he gave the trickster a couple of mean hooks.

(The assistant absorbed the sparking kiss, and since it was an attack that struck an enemy, the accuracy was also used. I should've made that clearer, sorry about that. Also, life happened, sorry for the absence.)
