Backstory: Sion has little to no memory of his early life, with exception that he is the son of a powerful midara hunting mage and a powerful witch midara. Now he spends his time trying to keep the peace between midara and humans by subduing and if necessary killing both midara or humans who threaten the peace of the village he now calls home.

Description: He is average height and build, with jet black hair, and purple eyes that seem to pulsate with energy. He has strange slightly indented lines on his body that will glow with power when he enters into his corrupted form, he wears a black coat that has purple lines that follow the markings on his body.

Personality: He is soft spoken, and analytical, preferring to work through a situation without fighting. However when he enters into his corrupted state he gains a major blood lust that is almost insatiable

Skills:

Chaos Magic: The type of magic he wields is uncontrolled. This is the extra affects his chaos magic can cause depending on what he roll. Each tie he takes an action that dictates to roll on the chaos table you must make a new roll for example if he uses magic shield and then magic missle you roll 4 times on the chaos table. One that affects the target of the magic shield. and one that affects each target of 1 magic missle
1: A fire bursts from his magic causing the target to need to roll a save each turn. Each time they fail they take 1 damage. If they make 1 success the effect ends.
2: A blast of lightning originates from his magic. They need to roll a save. On a fail they are stunned for one turn
3: The targets body begins to petrify they need to roll a save each turn. On a fail their body petrifies further. After 10 turns if they do not succeed their body becomes fully petrified reducing their willpower/stamina to 0> On a success the effect fully dispels
4: A sound wave bursts from the target forcing all creatures in 10 feet to save. On a fail the creatures take 1 damage and are knocked to the ground
5: The target feels invigorated and is healed 2 damage
6: The target feels a burst of energy. They can take on extra action on their next turn.
7: The target is assailed by a psychic assault. They take one damage and must attack a random target other than themselves and can't use an AOE attack on their next turn
8: The target begins to feel focused and more aware. They gain advantage on all rolls for 1 turn
9: A life draining energy begins to permeate from the target. For one turn the target heals as much damage as they deal
10: The targets power surges, on their next turn their attack deals +2 damage, however any status ailments that would be inflicted are nullified.

Psychic Duel: At the end of all his turns he must roll a save to not become corrupted. When he reaches half his max willpower/stamina he has disadvantage on these rolls. His corrupted form can only use offensive attacks, but his attacks deal +1 damage. He can not willingly enter this state either is must happen through failing this roll. Should he fall asleep or unconscious he reverts to his normal self and becomes immune the psychic duel feat for 24 hours.

Tactical Mind: Sion can expend 1 stamina/willpower each turn to analyze the opponents. They gain disadvantage on the attack and he gains advantage on any saves. This ability can not be used while he is corrupted

Hungering Soul: Whenever Sion defeats a foe he can absorb their power healing him 4 willpower/stamina. He can not use this when he is not corrupted

Chaos Blast: He gathers a ball of condensed chaotic magic. On a hit it deals 2 damage as well then he rolls on the Chaos table for an extra effect

Enhance Self/Ally: He uses his magic to help his friends. They deal +1 damage on their next attack. He then rolls on the Chaos Table

Command Ally: He uses his magic to force an ally to take an action of his choosing on their turn. He then rolls on the Chaos Table

Magic Shield (Recharge 5 turns): He creates a shield that reflects magical attacks. Any magic attack next turn is nullified/ and any other attack deals -1 damage. He then rolls on the Chaos table

Tactical Retreat: He can use his magic to help create distance between him and his enemy. He rolls on a success he becomes unbound: Roll on the Chaos Table.

Magic Missile: He creates three magical darts that each deal 1 damage. Each dart has its own target and all who are hit by it roll on the Chaos Table

Chaos Suppressant Drug: Sion takes a pill that suppresses the chaos aspect of his magic. For 2 turns he doesn't need to roll to combat his corrupted self, however he also cannot roll on the Chaos Table.

Blazing Hands: Sion summons fire that projects in the form of two large hands that grasp the target momentarily. Deals 1 Damage. Roll twice on the Chaos Table and the lowest of the two is the extra effect.

Hand of the Ancients (Recharge 3 turns): A spell Sion has mastered and therefore is not effected by his chaos Magic. He can choose 1 of three forms. If the spell fails however roll on the Chaos Table and effects Sion.

Raising Palm: This effect forms a hand that raises Sion into the air for 1 turn keeping him out of reach from melee attacks.

Clenched Fist: This effect forms a fist that collides with an enemy of Sion choice. It deals 2 damage and forces the target to make a save that may down them

Forceful Palm: This effect forms a wall in in the shape of a hand in front of Sion that blocks on any ranged attacks for 1 turn.

Summon Familiar (Recharge 4 turns after the current familiar dies): Sion summons a spirit creature that is his familiar and follows his commands and has its own turns. He can only have 1 summoned at a time.

Stamina: 10
Attacks:
Bite: Deals 2 damage.
Stinger: Deals 1 damage and forces the enemy to make a save. On a fail the target fall unconscious for 2 turns, but they will wake up if hurt by another attack. When they wake up they become immune to the effect for 3 turns.

Repulsive Force: Sion summons a blast of magic that forces all targets away from him. They must make a save. On a fail for 1 turn turn no melee/contact actions can be taken on him.
