Osric Vs Sheep Girl

Osric had received a rather simple job : Delivering a sack of mana crystals from a city to the other, some mage having ordered some. It was just some fetch quest, nothing to write home about, he's likely done these many times in the past... But while this may have been an easy task anywhere else, carrying pure mana on yourself while traveling in in midara-infested lands was very likely to draw attention to yourself quickly. So far, he managed to stay under the radar by going through some detours, including through a small woodland. His luck ran out here and then, however, as he felt his foot bump against something soft, and looking down, saw a sheep girl gently wake up, her sleepy gaze locking onto him.

Startled, Osric cursed his luck and took a quick step back, wondering what he was in for
"Uhhh, good morning?" He spoke tentatively, the peaceful approach was worth a shot

"...Good morning..." The sheep yawned, rubbed her eyes, and stood up slowly, before inspecting him. "...You look like you're traveling... Haven't stopped in a while, either... Don't you think you need some rest..?"

Osric looked at the adorable girl before him, definitely Midara, probably not wise to accept her offer
"Thank you but I'll be fine" he replied somewhat flatly, fully aware that his answer probably wouldn't go down well

"...It's okay... You don't have to force yourself to go on..." The sheep girl approached him slowly, opening her arms invitingly. It seemed like a simple no was not going to suffice, but the girl was slow enough to let him get the first move.

[- Battle Start -]

"Well, sorry it's for to be like this then" Osric lamented before drawing his blades and dashing in to make his first move
(Basic attack)

Osric - [Attack ! - 26, success]
Sheep - [Wool Cuddle - 68, success]

As his strike hits the sheep, she barely reacts, her wool absorbing most of the hit. His charge did put him in range however, and her open arms wrapped around him. She seems to think he willingly jumped into her embrace. "...That's it... Just lay your head against me... There, now take a deep breath... In, out..." It didn't take long for Osric to notice the drowsiness going through his body from touching her wool, spacing out long enough to follow her instructions, getting sleepier from them...

Sheep : 28St
Osric : 30Wp - Sleepy (2)

Osric wasn't expecting to instantly feel so noticeably tired just from touching her, backing up momentarily, he feinted before dashing in to strike once more

Osric - [Puncture - 95!! Complete failure !]
Sheep - [ASMR - 33, failure]

As he went in for the strike, Osric stumbled as the drowsiness got to him, landing face first on her chest. He couldn't help but lay there for a few seconds, before he could shake it off.

Osric : 29Wp - Sleepy (3)

She was.... Incredibly cute, Osric found himself almost unwilling to reject her embrace even now, but finds the strength to pull away and enchant his weapons
(Flame blade)

Sheep - [Good Night Kiss - 82, success]

While's he's in the middle of infusing his blade with magic the sheep leans towards him, putting her hands on both sides of his head, and softly kissing him on the forehead. His newfound affection for the wooly girl gave him pause when she did that.

(...I'm slowly realizing how badly his weaknesses are gonna affect him against her. Gonna be a uphill battle.)

Trying desperately to focus on the fact that he should be fighting her, Osric makes use of the newfound proximity and slashes twice at the Sheep Girl

(Yeah her entire design kinda plays to his weaknesses, it's why the enemies you're adapting from the forest are so appealing)

Osric - [Dual Strike - 48, 71, one hit]
Sheep - [Pampering - 20, success, Weakness - 4, wrong guess.]

Only one of his slashes hit. The sheep turned around, and pressed her soft wool covered rear against him, stroking him with it. "...Is this something you're into..?". While it was rather soft, it wasn't quite as mind melting as what she did previously.

Sheep : 26St
Osric : 25Wp - Sleepy (4), Flame blade (1)

(is there any way to reduce sleepy stacks?)
"Not... complaining" Osric stammered out, affection momentarily getting the better of him before he pulled himself together, realising his blades enchantments would run out soon he once again attempted to land a draining jab
(Puncture)

Osric - [Puncture - 30, success, Bleed - 12, success]
Sheep - [Cradling Lullaby - 34, success]

Osric lands his strike, mana leaking out of the sheep with a glow. A second after landing it, she finds his footing vanish underneath him, as the sheep scoops him up, before gently rocking him back and forth, while humming a soothing melody into his ear.

Sheep : 23St - Bleed (2)
Osric : 24Wp - Sleepy (5)

(Aside from requesting Morning Routine, not any that i thought of. You're getting more of them than the fight is balanced around because every attack that has a chance to add one will, because of his weakness.)

Osric continued to ignore the growing urge to maybe just take a quick rest with her and freed himself from her arms before attempting to attack once more

Once more, the sheep refused to even attempt a dodge, taking the hit without any visible pain. She was just standing there with her arms open, inviting him to lose himself in her softness on his own.

Osric : 24Wp - Sleepy (5)

Osric managed to fight off the urge to simply fall into her embrace, but as he looked at the midara offering him rest and affection, he found he didn't want to attack her in a moment of such innocence

While he may have managed to resist falling into her arms, he was still frozen in place, which she took advantage off, forcing him to accept the embrace he resisted. She gently pushes his head on her chest, before sitting on her knees, making him lay down like this. The comfortable position and direct contact of her wool sent him to dreamland quickly.

By the time he woke up, he felt some of the drowsiness had gone, but as he looked up, he saw the Sheep looking at him with care, and remembered just what was cushioning his head. "...My turn to say... Good morning~..."

Sheep : 19St
Osric : 21Wp - Sleepy (3), Charm (2)

"good... morning" Osric replied blearily, suddenly overwhelmingly attracted to the midara before him. "I slept...amazingly". Deep down he knew he still needed to act, but he couldn't quite bring himself to attack her just yet, instead he started enchanting his weapons
(Flameblade)

Sheep - [Wool Cuddle - 43, failure]

The sheep girl kept him in that position, letting him able to move away at any time. Osric simply couldn't focus at all with his head on her pillows. His body was still in contact with her wool, and while his recent nap prevented him for getting any sleepier for now, it was still way too comfortable for him to snap out of it, his enchant failing as he spaces out.

Osric continued to falter, sheep girls were meant to be low level Midara right? Surely he could afford to indulge himself just a little bit

(It occurs to me that Osric is probably weaker when it comes to lower level midara than he is with powerful temptresses cos of his weakness)

The sheep let out a quiet giggle as he indulged himself, before wrapping her arms around his back. If he wanted to leave the soft cuddle, he'd have to force himself out now, which would not be as simple with how drowsy her touch made him.

(I do tend to write my enemies as the cuddly or teasing type so he's in trouble)

Osric suddenly found himself back to being noticeably sleepy, this was bad, he tried his hardest to force the sheep off him and then attack once more!

Sheep - [ASMR - 15!! Complete failure !]

He managed to pull away from her embrace, but his strike hits with almost no force as a wave of fatigue goes through him, before he can recover. The sheep takes advantage of this, placing her mouth to his ear, breathing softly-- "...A-Achoo !" ...And sneezing. While cute, it kind of ruined the calm mood she managed to set, and was just kind of awkward.
