Ballroom Blitz ( Tobias vs Mata Hari )

It was a rather dark and rainy night in the city, sadly on the way to his place Tobias ended up getting caught in the storm. Desperate to find a place to dry off, he ends up finding a pub called " The Sunny Eyes. " Such an odd name for a bar but he wasn't complaining, so he enters.
