Test and the Mysterious Temple.

Test suddenly realized how nice cuddling up with a cat girl would be. "I don't mind. Cuddling up with a cat girl sounds nice." He said, his voice a sleepy monotone as his body swayed in time with the pendulum.

The cat girl slipped out of the branches and gracefully landed on Test's lap, she felt like she weighed nothing to the hypnotized man.

Test instinctually wrapped his arms around her and drifted off. What was left of his reason making one final effort to remember why he had come here.

Struggle

The cat girl snuggled up the entranced man as he tried to fight off her spell.

The adventurer was strongly tempted to just drift off in her arms. He already felt so tired, and the cat girl cuddling up against him was so warm and soft.

The midara let out a content purr as she cuddled her new pillow.

Her purr sent a tingling up his spine. Test closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep. Feeling to sleepy and warm to resist the catgirl.

Surrender

The cat girl gave him a kiss good night before she joined him in a slumber.

"Hey, come on! Wake up." a voice said as Test felt someone shake him awake. He slowly blinked his eyes open to find himself back in the 'hub' with a worried Nana leaning over him. "You alright?"



Test: 30 Willpower

"Yeah I'm fine." Test assured her. Still a bit groggy. "I don't think it took me somewhere else. I felt like I was still in the temple. Do you have any idea why this is all here? It must serve some purpose." He said as he thought about what little he remembered. If they could figure out why this was all happening they might be able to get through it and find the archeologists.

Nana let out a relived sigh at Test's reply. "That's good, at least. I've been trying to wake you for a while and was getting worried. As for why this is all here... I've been focusing more on rescuing my crew than doing research." she admitted a bit sheepishly. "I guess I can try and decipher things while you try to save them?"



Test: 30 Willpower

"That sounds good. You could also head back to town if you don't feel safe." Test suggested. "I'm sure the member of your team who made it back would be happy to see you safe."

"I'm not leaving without the rest of my team." she told him adamantly.

"I respect that." Test said. With that out of the way he planned to make at least one more attempt at the beast door before maybe messing with the buttons some more.

Test stood in front of the door but it remained closed.

"You have to press at least one button on the pedestal to open the doors." Nana reminded him as she walked over to said pedestal covered in lewd imagery. "You pressed this hypnosis one last time, right? Want me to hit it again for you?"

"Oh they reset?" Test said, feeling a little silly. "Yeah, please hit the same one again."

Nana nodded and pressed the button. The Beast door opened for Test once more.

This time, Test found himself in a room filled with tall grass. From the way some of it was rustling, it was clear someone was in there, just waiting to ambush him.

Test readied himself to fight back. Listening closely to try and figure out where the attack would come from.

The woman in the grass pounced, only to be knocked aside by Test's trusty weapon. As she groaned and picked herself up, the man realized his attacker was a slender Lamia.

"You won't get me that easily." He declared, trying to scare the snake woman off with another hit.

Rush

(Serpent Sway -roll [75, 21]- Fail!)

The Lamia hissed in pain after Test stuck her hard with his weapon.

"We don't have to fight. Let me pass and I won't hurt you." He offered, giving her a moment to consider as he kept the snake woman at arms length.

Repel if attacked

"You insult me with your arrogance!" the snake woman hissed as she lunged for him again, only to once more be knocked aside by his weapon.

"Fine. Have it your way." Test shot back. Moving to quickly finish her off.

With one swift swing of his weapon, Test struck the snake woman and knocked her out.

As she fell to the ground, the door to the next room opened.
