Tasha, the Tiny Witch

Tasha doesn’t know who she is or where she comes from. She doesn’t even know if Tasha is her real name. She just one day awoke in an abandoned cabin, with no memories of who she was. After looking the cabin, she came across a seemingly endless journal filled with all sorts of notes about curses and other witchcraft. In this journal, she kept coming across a singular name, Tasha, so she simply assumed that’s her name and journal. And with that, she started studying the journal, learning from the endless knowledge stored within it.

Magic Hat - “My hat isn’t just for appearance… although it is pretty cute~”
Tasha’s hat is no ordinary hat, but a magical one. Within it is a whole pocket dimension, one where she keeps all of her belongings.

• Moves which steal items have no effect of Tasha until she demonstrates, meaning that she uses a move that involves taking an item out of her hat, where her items are hidden.
  

Curses - ”You seem too plain, let me spice things up for you!”
Tasha hasn’t learned everything for the journal she found, and in fact as barely made a dent in it, but one of the first things she did learn from it was a variety of curses that she has grown familiar with.

• Only a single curse can be on a individual at a time.
  
• If another curse is placed on an individual, the older curse is immediately removed.
  
• These curses last indefinite and can only be removed in on of the following ways.
  
  • Tasha rolls a critical failure
    
  • Tasha is hit by a critical success
    
  • Tasha willingly ends it or is forced to end it through hypnosis or something
    
  • Tasha lands a move that states it removes curses

Curses:

Bestow Curse - “Everyone loves to receive a gift!”
Citing out an incantation, Tasha places one of her curses onto an opponent. She has done this so much, it hardly takes her any time or concentration.

• Inflicts a designated curse onto the opponent.
  
• Always done with advantage.
  

Witch’s Bolt - “What this does may shock you~”
A basic spell and common way for Tasha to inflict her curses onto victims. She conjures her magic and sends a dark bolt of energy soaring at them.

• Deals 1 damage to the opponent.
  
• Inflicts a designated curse onto the opponent.
  

Draining Hex - “I’m taking what’s yours and what’s mine!”
A basic spell where Tasha drains her opponent of some of their energy to restore some of her own.

• Deals 2 damage to the opponent.
  
• Restores health to Tasha equal to the damage dealt.
  
• If the opponent has any curse on them, the curse is removed and Tasha recovers double the amount of health.
  

Exploding Hex - “Life’s a little boring without a big boom now or then~”
Another basic spell where Tasha causes a bit of her opponent’s own energy to explode on them.

• Deals 3 damage to the opponent.
  
• If the opponent has any curse on them, the curse is removed and all opponents take an addition 1 damage.
  

Nyan-Nyan Form - “I have the purr-fect spell for this situation~“
A curse Tasha saves specifically for herself, she transforms herself into an adorable black cat. While there a many uses for this form, such as its agility and infiltration prowess, the only time she uses this in a fight is to get out of a bind, and that can become somewhat predictable.

• Has a 1 in X chance of automatically escaping a physical bind, with X being the number of times she has successfully used this action.
  
  • To simplify this, it means she has a 100% chance of escaping the first time she uses it, a 50% chance of escaping the second time, a 33% chance the third time, and so on.
    

Witch’s Vials - “You want to know how I made these? I do too!”
Tasha takes off her hat and pulls out a vial of mysterious liquid, which she goes on to chuck at her opponent. These vials were made before Tasha could remember so she has no idea what’s in them, except for knowing it has something to do with the curses she knows.

• Inflicts a random curse onto the target for 3 turns.
  
• This doesn’t count for the single curse at a time rule.
  

Gentle Affection - “It gets lonely being lonely, you know?”
For all of her life that she can remember, Tasha has been isolated in her cabin by herself, so she finds herself craving for some nice and gentle affection.

• Attacks targeted at Tasha that deal 1 damage, before any modifiers, deal double damage.
