A motherly midara spirit who resides within reflective surfaces such as still lakes and mirrors. Her motive is that of a genuinely benevolent one, if a little misguided. She appears to comfort and nurture any stray humans or adventurers who seem to be having a hard time, and wants to ease their thoughts even if only for a little, as she sees them as one of her children.
Mommy: Some of her attacks inflict a stacking condition called "Mommy". This represents how attached her opponent becomes to her, making them believe more and more that Chiyo truly is their loving mommy, who wants nothing more than to protect and help them. This condition grants various effects at different levels:
5 stacks: Opponent is unable to run away
10 stacks: Opponent gains disadvantage on escaping binds
15 stacks: Opponent automatically fails the Mommy will check of Leaking
20 stacks: Chiyo has advantage on all rolls against the opponent
25 stacks: Opponent completely stops trying to attack her with non-WP attacks
30 stacks: Opponent is unable to do anything other than pass their turn as Chiyo slowly whittles down their WP
Passives-Leaking: Chiyo's massive breasts are constantly leaking a dribble of milk, which stain her robes and permeate a sweet scent in the air around her. Against opponents that are weak to milk or scent attacks, they must roll a will check when passing turns or rolling a crit fail to avoid being fascinated and gaining a stack of Mommy.
Drenched: Chiyo spends a lot of time inside still lakes, so it's no surprise that she's also completely wet with water, or sweat, depending on the opponent. Attacks that deal fire damage are half as effective against her, but she takes double damage from cold-based attacks and effects.
Actions-Invitation: Her usual opening move, where Chiyo spreads her arms in an inviting hug. Opponents must succeed on a will save to refuse the offer. If the offer was accepted, an automatic bind happens, dealing no WP but activating Leaking every turn. Since no WP damage is being dealt, opponents might be unaware of this attack.
Follow Up - Breastfeed: On a bound opponent, Chiyo slips her nipples out from under her robes, poking her opponent's face with one of them, as she smears the leaking milk onto their cheek. On a success, the opponent is forced to suckle and drink her delicious milk, restoring 1 WP but inflicting 3 stacks of Mommy per turn. Since no WP damage is being dealt, opponents might be unaware of this attack. If being used in conjunction with another attack, doesn't restore WP but grants 2 stacks of Mommy instead.
Headpatting: Chiyo gently rubs her opponent's head with soft strokes and warm fingers. Deals 1 WP damage and inflicts fascinated.
Entrapment: Chiyo briefly opens up her robes and wraps them around her and her opponent, trapping them inside her garb. Inflicts a bind that deals 1 WP damage and grants a stack of Mommy every turn. After 3 turns, the WP damage increases to 3 per turn from the concentration of her scent.
Gentle Kiss: Chiyo leans down and places a gentle smooch on her opponent's cheek, forehead, or lips, sending them into a light headed daze as their heart pounds faster. Deals 1 WP and inflicts Fascinated.
Alt Version - Pepper Smooches: Chiyo leaves subtlety to the wind and places several soft smooches on her opponent's face. Keep rolling hits until a failure happens. Deals 1 WP damage per kiss and 1 stack of Mommy every 2 hits.
Opportunity to Vent: Chiyo's soft voice offers her opponent a chance to wind down and tell her about all their frustrations. On a success, the opponent feels that they must get something off their chest, inadvertently also revealing a weakness, which Chiyo will capitalize on. This attack auto succeeds on Mommy stacks 10 or above.
Let me ease your Heart: Chiyo decides to help her opponent by taking what they vented about to heart, and trying her best to give them satisfaction or relief, using the exposed weakness. This is a free-form attack, and can be melded into anything per DM.
Lullaby: Singing a gentle tune, Chiyo's motherly voice puts her target to sleep. On a success, inflicts Sleep, and deals 2 WP per turn, or 3 WP if a weakness was exposed, subjecting them to their fetish in a nice dream. On 10 Mommy stacks or higher, the opponent rolls to escape with disadvantage.
Mommy's Praise: Chiyo congratulates and praises her opponent, which makes them flustered and less likely to defend themselves. Opponents take 1 extra point of WP damage on attacks, which increases to 2 points of WP damage when Mommy stacks are higher than 10.
Spanking Time: Should Chiyo be frustrated, or should the opponent taunt her, she would grab them and bend them over her knee, delivering multiple strikes to their butt while chiding and lecturing them. Inflicts a strong bind that deals 3 WP damage per turn or 1 WP damage and 1 Mommy stack per turn if the Mommy stacks were 10 or higher.
Mirror Image: Chiyo creates a copy of her opponent out of water, which acts as a voodoo doll of sorts. The image is completely obedient, and all attacks against it automatically succeed, and any effects that are used on it are transferred to the opponent directly. To destroy this image, the opponent must grab Chiyo's attention and pull it away from the copy, which causes it to crumple back into a pool of water.
Come to Mommy: Only usable against opponents with 20 or more Mommy stacks or 5 WP or less. Instantly defeats the opponent, as Chiyo effortlessly lifts them up in a bridal carry, giggling as she brings them both back into her lake. The opponent finds that they are actually taken to a warm and comfy bedroom, where Chiyo makes them her new roommate, and where they can't help but be completely obedient to their new loving mommy.
