Sieq awoke alone at the inn with a... rather large mess he had made in his bed.

Sieq rolled out of bed and looked for a way to clean up, at least a little bit. He was definitely feeling better than when Tiamat left him, but it still wasn't full strength.

Looking around the room, he quickly spied stockings in a familiar arrangement. It looked like Mana had tried to set up another stocking snare trap while he was sleeping.

She did care! Sieq again tried to intentionally trigger and get caught in the trap, hoping and praying for the best.

Unfortunately, the snare failed to go off properly, which just left Sieq standing a bit awkwardly in the middle of the room.

Sieq sighed in defeat. His disappointment even greater with the repeated denial. He cleaned himself up and moved to go find Mana.

He found Mana sitting at a table and eating breakfast. She wiggled in her seat, bringing Sieq's attention to the fact that she was sitting on one of the town's newest midara.

"Maybe building traps just isn't my thing?" Mana said with a shrug as a man approached to take Sieq's order.

"Maybe... someone else can build them for you?" Sieq suggested before he ordered a hearty platter of eggs and bacon and hash browns.

"Who'd I get to do that?" Mana asked as the waiter left to get Sieq's food. "I can't ask you to do it. You'd get to distracted by the stockings to actually get any work done."

"Good point. I wouldn't know who to ask." Sieq chuckled. He stayed silent a few more moments until, "What are your next plans? Now that that temple is all figured out." He asked Mana.
