Mizu, the Lewd and Lubed Kitsune

Kitsune are world-renowned for their addicting and soft fur as well as their tendencies towards the erotic and seductive, and yet Mizu takes it a step further than that! Mizu is a Kitsune who is just as breathtaking and attractive as any of her peers. She stands at a respectable 5 foot 10 inches, boasts nothing less than curves and assets, and her natural beauty is accentuated by her long, fluffy, white and purple tails which match the fox ears atop her head. Her eyes are a pale blue, yet are filled with any emotion she maybe be feeling, don't let their unimpressive color fool you.

But, none of that is what sets her apart. What does is the special fluid that her tails secrete that she can use however she sees fit, and she loves to use it whenever she can. It'll make her curves more glorious, her every touch more enthralling, and it's the reason her special shows are so popular. By day, she takes the stage and puts on bubbly, shiny spectacles the likes of which you've never seen. By night, she falls into old habits and looks for anyone in need of a private show and a bath. A very erotic private show and bath.

Moveset

Passives:

Theatric Effects: Mizu's many tails, as luxurious as any Kitsune's, can secrete an oily, hydrophobic fluid that can take different colors and scents depending on her mood, which she has trained to have under her control. The fluid is like soap, for all intents and purposes, and can often take the form of bubbles with just a little work and finesse. She takes full advantage of her special gift, thinking it'd be a waste to do anything else, and the first place she applies this thinking (and her soap) is to herself and her near-naked curves. The soap clinging to her can take a near colorless white hue, a verdant green, or a rosy red.

During a fight, Mizu will have one of three colors applied to her, with effects applying for each color. She can change them with a free action after landing a Strong Attack (see below), or she can change in between these at will by using Mood Swing (see below).

White Soap: Basic, but smells like the sweetest of lavender.

Green Soap: Heals the foe .5 WP per Slippery Stack applied, but amplifies any debuff other than Slippery that is inflicted while Mizu has Green Soap. Charmed lasts for 2 hits instead of 1, Fascinated requires 2 successful Struggles instead of 1, Disadvantage, Attack Down,  and Defense Down last 1 extra turn. Also smells like green apple, but without any sourness to it. Only sweetness.

Red Soap: Mizu's Basic Attacks that already do damage do .5 more damage. However, they cannot leave Status Effects on her foe like Charmed, Disadvantage, or Fascinated. Her red soap also smells just like strawberries.

A Dance and a Bath: The second place Mizu will apply her soap and her philosophy that she must use it whenever applicable is to her opponent directly. Bathplay and lube enthusiasts beware, because Mizu is a self-made professional at indulging these fetishes. Minds fry when her tails brush across a lathered-up crotch, and no stance is steady if her bubbles go unimpeded. Also, Mizu always has ways to make her foe naked, often inexplicably so. Bathplay isn't any fun when there's clothes in the way.

Mizu's attacks can apply Slippery to her opponents, incurring several debuffs. Every time the opponent is left Off Balance with 3 or more Slippery stacks, Slippery stacks are reset to 0.

1-2 Slippery: No effect, but enables the target to spend their turn to attempt to remove all Slippery stacks. This ability is retained at higher Slippery stacks.
3 Slippery: Crit Fail Range extended from odds at 1-15 and 85-100 to 1-25 and 75-100.
4 Slippery: Can't Crit Succeed on attacks, they instead normal Fail on otherwise Crit Success rolls.
5 Slippery: The target is left Off Balance after their next action, ensuring Mizu's next attack Auto Succeeds. At this point, they cannot be removed.

Basic Attacks:

Bubbly Beginnings: Mizu blows a kiss with a slippery hand that sends a series of bubbles at her 'audience', getting them acquainted with the sweet scent and smooth touch of her special soap should they not get out of the way.

3 Standard Rolls. Deals .5 Damage and applies .5 Slippery per Success.

Bubbling Adoration: Mizu smiles warmly and brings both hands to her lips before blowing her opponent a big kiss that manifests in a comically large and kiss-shaped bubble soaring right towards them. It'd be funny if it didn't somehow carry over all of the affection she put into that smooch.

Standard roll. Deals 1 damage and applies 1.5 Slippery.

Weaving Dance: Mizu's footwork is light, effortless, and enamoring. With the same energy she channels on the big stage, she lithely maneuvers around anything her opponent sends her way while also treating them to a beautiful show. Is it her tails, her body, or her bubbles that draw your eye the most?

Standard roll. Inflicts Charm and grants Mizu Evasion Up for the opponent's next two turns, forcing a stack of Disadvantage onto any attack rolls targeting her.

If Mizu has Red Soap applied, grants Evasion Up for three turns instead of two.

Addictive Stroke: Mizu twirls and blesses her with a fleeting brush from one of her luxurious and slippery tails. She giggles and winks as she watches them shiver with need from just the slightest touch, and promises them much more to come in the future.

Standard roll. Deals 2 damage and applies 1 Slippery stack. On targets with a weakness for Fox Girls or Kitsunes, Charms them the first time they're hit with this move.

Glistening Spectacle: Mizu twirls and pirouettes and spins some more, leaving a spread of bubbles all throughout the air! They will pop if the opponent stumbles into them, inundating them more with the Kitsune's special fragrance and lubricant.

Standard roll. For the next 4 turns, opponent gains 1 Slippery on a Failed Attacking move or turn spent Fascinated.

Sheening Spectacle: Mizu knows fanservice is an art, and she considers herself an artist. She pulls ever so slightly at her kimono, giving her foe just the right angle to take a peek at her naked, lubed-up assets. Big breasts perfect for snuggling, long legs meant to be stared at, or a plump ass asking you to cop a feel.

Standard roll. Inflicts Fascinated and Charmed.

If Mizu has Red Soap applied, this move does 1.5 damage instead, rolls with Advantage, but cannot Crit.

Immovable Film: Mizu sends a huge spread of bubbles and soap directly at her foe, eclipsing their vision until it crashes over them like a wave. By the time they get the suds out of their eyes, their entire body is so slicked up that they can only feebly slip around until they get the bubbles off!

Standard roll. Inflicts an Independent Bind that inflicts 1 Slippery on application and 1 Slippery on every additional turn spent on the Bind. Mizu won't use contact moves on the Bound foe until they reach 5 Slippery stacks or escape the Bind.

Start the Next Dance: Mizu makes a show of changing the color and fragrance of the soap and bubbles she's using. Hairs raise in anticipation as the bewitching dancer prepares herself, often by using her tails to spread the substance all over herself.

Standard roll. Changes her Theatric Effects Passive to a different color, even on a Fail. Deals 2 Damage on Success.

Strong Attacks:

Note, Mizu is only allowed to use her Strong Attacks on an opponent that is Off-Balance due to rolling a Crit Fail while at 3 or more Slippery stacks, or due to having 5 Slippery stacks. Slippery stacks reset to 0 upon a Strong Attack landing.

Finale Kiss: "Mmmmwah~" While her opponent slips and loses their balance on her soap, Mizu catches them with her arms and tails, leans them all the way back, and claims their lips in a romantic kiss. Her soft, addictive smooch sends their heart and head spinning until it ends with a wet smack.

Deals 3 damage. Chance to inflict Charmed. Chance to inflict Disadvantage. Disadvantaged chance to inflict Fascinated.

Spongy Paradise: "Want to be scrubbed down already? Don't mind if I do~" Her opponent stumbles over, crashing face-first into Mizu's amazing cleavage and getting caught in her embrace before they can excuse themselves. She rolls and kneads her boobs all over their face, using their warm, heavy, and slick curves to wipe away any thoughts that aren't lewd and indecent.

Inflicts a 2 damage Bind. The target is inflicted with Attack Down and Defense Down for 1 turn for every time this Bind dealt damage to them.

A Kitsune's Specialty: "Here, let's 'dry you off'. Try not to make a mess while I clean you, dear." When her foe loses their balance, Mizu saves them from a nasty spill by wrapping them up with her tails. She proceeds to use her heavenly, floofy tails to rub and caress every inch of their face, torso, and crotch, flooding them with the divine pleasure that is monopolized by Kitsunes. She lives to see the face of dopey delight her foe is left with after she finishes this service.

Inflicts 5 damage. If the target has a Fox Girl or Kitsune weakness, they are left Fascinated the first time they're hit with this move.

Finisher:

A Private Show: Mizu saves her weary, horny opponent from one last fall, holding them in her arms in a bridal-carry. She eases their worries with a few delicate strokes from her tails before she steals them away to the nearest place where they can get private, wet, and intimate. There, she gives them a private show and a very thorough cleaning, and they won't leave her audience until they are cleansed of any and all dirt on their bodies, pent-up libido, and thoughts in their minds. They also receive an open invitation to attend Mizu's shows again, complete with a backstage pass.

May leave her 'victim' with a Foxgirl/Kitsune and/or a Bathplay/Lube fetish. Up to player's decision.

Conclusion:

This Midara went from completely not on my mind to essentially ready to play within 24 hours, crazy how that works. You don't need to be a brilliant scientist to see that Mizu is inspired by a Mizutsune from Monster Hunter. And yes, the idea came to me when I was hunting a Mizutsune last night. I know the Mizutsune you hunt in MH are canonically male but SHUSH, Mizu is 100% female!

I love a Midara with creative mechanics, and this lady looks absolutely lovely! Great job
