Kei I believe her name is, the police gal in this game has an attack where she'll grab you from behind and smooch you. It doesn't scale to character heights so it looks odd on the shorter ones in the cast but still a moving moment nonetheless.

If you want the CPU to use this attack, difficulty can be raised in the settings and they will also only use it once you've done some damage to her. She also will instead spank you if she is low hp.
