This game is soo misleading from its DLsite description that it doesn't deserve my usual flair of a nice and fancy post.

I'm not going to bother with the DLsite. This guy should've done a better job. I'm not going to support his work.

you get the kiss by going to the second option on the main menu and select level 4

then keep going right till you run into the chick in the picture. then let her hit you.

Be sure to avoid touching anything. Assume everything wants to kill you. Even the checkpoint circle, which is complete shit.... Especially since the author declared that this would be an easy casual game that everyone can enjoy. And if it were it would've been fancy post worthy.
