One of the enemy vampires (the one in black) is Kasumi's model. I wouldn't be surprised if the other models were ripped from Dead or Alive, but I don't recognize them.

Yeah, all the enemies in the game are models ripped of Dead or Alive. I've seen four enemies in my quick playthrough: Nyotengu, Kasumi, Sarah Bryant and Tina, but I'm sure there are others I haven't seen. Nyotengu's vampire slaves use Christie's model.

more likely than not ZGreatMagician isn't coming back, i heard that he had a cease and desists because he was using the DOA models and making money from them.

I heard about that as well and he said that he will start making his own characters from now on. It really didn't sound like he was going to quit straight up though.
