AppearanceMaybelle looks like a 5'3" young woman svelte in body form with noticably green skin and hair. She wears a pair of roses within her hair, one blue to the left side and one red to the right side. Her eyes are maple syrup brown, nose is small and lips are a darker shade of ivy green. Her breasts are a bit on the small side with a B cup with dark green areolas and nipples.
While alone she normally does not wear any type of clothing especially if within her flower. If she meets anyone (a big if though), she wears a layer of leaves that covers shoulder stopping down before her belly while her hips is covered in a dress made entirely of pink petals.
Her body is generally found standing or sitting within a large flower but she is capable of "uprooting" herself with the flower melding and shaping into a "dress". However is fairly heavy so she cannot move very far or fast with it. She doesn't like staying uprooted for long as she cannot access the ground for anutrients and water effectively.
PersonalityMaybelle is probably one of the most timid of Alraune out there, and possible of all monster girls. She often prefers solitude and not meet others with the exception of bee girls whom are generally kind to her. Although she understands and speak many different languages, she often stutters due to her natural nervousness and shyness. Being displaced from her home has severely made her more freigthened than before where many female often kidnap others for their pleasure and while facing retribution for crimes she did not commit. Fortunate she have found a home with Orianna's castle and now tends to her garden as well as acts as a close of companionship to the vampire princess.
Alraune movesetBecause she is not a native to this world, her natural attacks are not made to charm unsuspecting victims to her. Although they are mostly used in non-conbat situation, they can all be switched to repel attacks from her and discourage them for having anything to do with her and everything she does is to keep herself safe from harm. Though she has obtained midara-like abilities, her natural alraune abilities have a more direct impact to her means to defense herself.
Plant Walls (passive): Maybelle covers herself in a wall of plants, her petal that can close over her and an extra layer of ivy. This is Maybelle's main defense against attackers. She starts with 1 leaf wall and can have a maximum of 3 plant walls. One plant wall grow ever 2 turns but its grow is reduces over time, after round 4, it requires 3 turns to grow a wall. She can turn skip to reduce turn needed by 1 first the current plant wall. Physical attack will cause the attacker to take 1 stamina damage.
Meticulous (passive) Maybelle is very careful with her attack that it does not hurt others unnecessarily. Maybelle is cannot have any critical fails or success.
Repugnant Fume: Maybelle releases a cloud of of very stinky fume to drive anything around her. No, it is not fart! -2 Will power and must succeed roll to avoid losing turn. Maybelle skips a turn if its succeeds.
Sleep fumes: Maybelle releases a cloud of very pleasant fume that induces drowsiness at a rapid pace. -2 willpower/turn while exposed to the gas.
Itch Spore: Maybelle releases a cloud of spore that irritates the skin and causes severe itching. People or midaras that gets a nice dose of this often are discouraged enough to leave her alone. Usually. -1 stamina and causes itching for 3 turns (range of critical fail to below 30, critical success is unchanged)
Vine Grab: Maybelle creates a vine that wraps itself around a target and restrains them. Target loses a turn then is subjegated to bind next turn that deals 0 damage.
Vine Toss: A restrained target is tossed a good distant away from her. She is not very gentle about getting them away from herself either. -2 stamina to non-flier and stuns.
Coconut Throw: Maybelle has a huge supply coconuts to throw at particular . She doesn't really like resorting to this though as coconuts really hurt and she does not enjoy hurting others. -3 stamina and chance to stun.
Pinecomb Barrage: Maybelle can turn her defense into offense by turning her plant wall into a cannon, firing pinecombs at a rapid pace that shrapnels on impact. Attack 5 times with each attack dealing 1 damage. If an enemy is hit twice, the remaining attacks will automatically hit. Requires a plant wall to be sacrificed.
Syrup Kiss: Maybelle feeding someone a highly concentrated nectar syrup through a kiss that makes them temporary compliant to her words -3 willpower and forces opponent to not attack.
Enchanted Flower Summon (Orianna)- Maybelle and Orianna had become close to each other and Orianna will aid Maybelle when called. Orianna's hypnotic gaze will paralyzes the enemy (Character will be unable to move next turn and will be unable to dodge the next attack)
Unlocked Abilities- Cute EmpathThanks to Adrianna's effort, Maybelle is granted with an ability similar to midaras to defend herself but manifested differently than most midaras as it draws from her kindheartedness and cuteness rather than seduction. Due to the nature of her newfound abilities, it works just as effectively, if not more, in helping allies as it does hinder enemies.
Mood (passive)- Most of Maybelle's abilities is based on her emotion and her current mood grants subtle changes to them. The moods that Maybelle may have is Happy, Sad, and Scared. Though some abilities can switch mood, Maybelle's mood can easily switch on their own depending on what is happening.
Hug- A rather simple gesture that is very effective as hugs tend to be a very effective supportive means to others as warmths and familiarity. Deal 2 willpower/turn and inflicts a status similar to bind but more involves trying to find the will to remove themself from the hug rather than struggling out of a grip. Happy mood will cause the will damage to increase by 1 per turn (2,3,4, etc), sad mood will require 2 successful rolls to escape. Escaping the hug will change Maybelle's mood to sad. Cannot used when scared.
If used on an ally, grants 1 willpower/turn and immunity to any form of mind status for 3 turns.
Timid Flower- Maybelle is easily frightened when under danger and her abilities will cause the attacker to feel guilty about harming/dominating the cute and shy alraune. Deal 2 willpower damage and causes attacker to loses 1 damage for 3 round. All allies will gain 1 damage for 3 rounds regardless if this attack lands. Automatically used when hit and changes Maybelle's mood to scared. If sad, this has 25% chance to stop attack from occurring at all and retroactively acts first. If already scared, causes attacker to no attack next turn.
Thank you- It is amazing what a simple thank you can do but Maybelle's own thanks is felt on a very deeper level. All allies critical hit range increase at above 69 and cannot critical fail for 2 turns, switches mood to happy.
Peck- A peck to the cheek, a simple innocent gesture that is potentially more potent than the most advanced seduction as it brings in the warmth to ones heart. Deals 1 willpower and forces opponent to lose a turn to hug Maybelle. Maybelle automatically follows up with Hug.
If used on ally. It causes them to automatically crit on the next successful hit.
Tending- Maybelle helps the wounds of anyone, friend or foe. This does tend to make enemies doubt their reason to fight her while reaffirming allies of theirs. Heal 3 staminas. Deals 3 willpower damage to enemies and heal 3 willpower to allies. Target must have 3 or more stamina damage.
Empath's Connection- Maybelle can sense what brings someone's inner warmth and kindness to the surface. Has a chance to trigger when Maybelle successfully lands a Cute Empath skill. An enemy connected will take +1 willpower damage from Maybelle. An ally will recover 0.5 willpower/turn. Last until either Maybelle or the connected falls or Maybelle removes the connection.
