Frederick, child of change (WIP)

Fred was always an odd sort, his mannerisms off, and his pep always over the top. He was the son of a lost chaos god, after all.

Clothing: Fred wears a ragged shirt and pants that do little to protect him. These clothes never seem to get dirty, even when crawling through mud, they stay fresh.

Personality: Fred is a gullible, kind guy who just wants everyone to get along, often times he will forgo fighting to try and peacefully resolve a situation. He also has a thing for hyper girls.

Powers:Unexplainable, he can do things he should be incapable of, like teleporting and time manipulation. He could be talking to you for an hour, then disappear as you blink, only to walk out of a bakery behind you, having been talking to the clerk for twenty minutes of the same hour. He can also know and sense thing normal people would miss

Fights with claws, fangs and talons, similar to anti form sora from KH 2.

Talon tornado:spins at high speed with claws and talons extended, deals 2 damage.

Brog suthath:speaks in a disturbingly unnatural dialect, dealing 2 damage and paralyzing the foe as they try to clear their head. (roll higher than 50 to succeed and break free. Useable once per fight)

Vertical roundhouse : Fred flips toward the enemy in mid air, somersaulting their foot into their skull (3 damage)

Hammerspace :pulls a random object out of nowhere in particular and smacks his foe with it, higher successful roll means more damage. (1 to 4 damage, will be a massive mallet on 100 that will deal five and daze)

Claw combo : Fred slashes at the enemy with his claws, dealing a good deal of damage, but shredding the midaras clothes, thus causing him to see even more of them. (3 damage, but 3 willpower damage to self as well)

Weakess to sugar: if anything sweet tasting graces his tastebuds. He will become desperate to taste more, possibly forgoing attacking for another taste

Talon Twister - Spinning rapidly in an utter tornado of sharp claws

Also, from an in-universe perspective, having control over time is just a touch OP

Its sortof time manipulation. He can be in two, maybe three places at once, but they gotta be out of sight of each other, his magic is largely governed by perception, most he can do is hover/float when being observed,
