A fighting game

It was a anime typish fighting game,a girl had a blown kiss move and i could've sworn i had seen it in the forum somewhere but now i can't find it.
The only other thing i remember is that she had a super in which she would boobhug the opponent as hearts would come out and he/she is damaged.
